Food was ok. Barely warm. Chicken was ok flavour but greasy. Only edible dipped in sauce. Fries were soggy and bland.

First time trying Nando’s although I have driven past it for the last 7 years often. I wish I would have tried it 7 years ago!! It was a great, friendly atmosphere and very fast to get our food. The food too was amazing and I will be back soon for more.

I'm not really sure what the hype is, unfortunately the only reason why it's getting a three stars is because of the customer service. The lady working was very pleasant. However for a chicken place I was very disappointed as it was very dry and cold. There was no wait to get seated or to order. We only ordered wings and a couple of sides and it felt like it took forever to receive the food. If you know chicken, you can definitely see via my photo that it was overcooked and very dry. My honest take was it felt like they reheated something that was cooked from a different day but didn't put it long enough in the microwave so it was still cold. The hot sauces made it better but still disappointed in the chicken. The sides where mediocre, we got the mashed potatoes and Brussels. If You're expecting gravy they don't have any. I was actually really happy with the taste of the potatoes but I wish they had some sort of gravy. Brussels where good but not good enough for me to just come back to eat that. As for the mac and cheese, it was just basic. Not bad but not great, mac and cheese that was simple. I felt like it was pretty expensive for what we got.

Well, the whole experience was underwhelming, unfortunately. We enjoy spicy food, and they advertised the chicken as such, but it was definitely not. The sides were also a disappointment, with very bland flavor and overcooked. I found the meal overpriced. On a somewhat better note, the interior was ok, and the staff was pleasant. I won't be returning or recommending.
