The food was mid, but the service was very friendly. Arrived early and so maybe got the first batch of chicken. Service was very nice and would be back based on that for another try. Table top was sticky however the place was clean and no line up. Can't comment on the atmosphere as there wasn't any at the time. Would be back simply due to prior excellent Nando's experiences and the service at this store.

Great place to get chicken. But they need to bring back the spice that they were known for.

This was my first and last visit in this location in 50th ave. The service was so slow it took 1 hour before they served the food. When I paid they said only 12 mins for the chicken to be cooked. But ot took long with out noticing us about the delay. So bad experienced. I can't recommend this restaurant.😞😞😞

Food was bland. App was messed up, I have a free item from the app, but they needed my points to be used/redeem so I can claim the free item. App can’t even be scanned for points. Order-taker is unattentive when she took my order. Service was super slow. Overall, not happy at all. You pay for overpriced food, only to be screwed over

When we ordered to the cashier and the server said 12mins but still we waiting for almost 1hr., without even no one approach us regarding why it takes too long.first and last to come to this restaurant.

I ordered two half chickens for takeout to eat with friend at home. The chicken didn't taste as good as the Nando I had in Surrey, Vancouver and Downtown Edmonton. I will try this Nando location again.
There was a lot of water at the bottom of the chicken boxes and that probably explains why I didn't feel much of the seasoning. I guess they cook in a hurry as they told me it'd take 40 mins to prepare the half chickens.

Totally worth checking out when you're hungry. Great food, and it won't break the bank.

I ordered 2 meals for take out and it took them 50 minutes. I would have appreciated it if they told us there would be a long wait. Also when we got our food it was so cold and the fries were so old and salty. After a couple bites we threw them all out. The only good thing was the taste of the chicken sandwich but it was still cold but the ranch was good. For $37 the portions were small. I might give Nando’s another try but at a different location. Hopefully they won’t disappoint again.

The staff and the atmosphere is good, but the food is very avarage at best. The 8$ cosco rotisserie chicken is better than this. Idk why Nandos is hyped. Maybe my expectation was too high, if you're going there for the first time, go with a low expectation, that might help 🙂.

My First Visit to Nando’s Peri-Peri – So Worth It!

Tried Nando’s Peri-Peri for the first time and I was genuinely impressed! I had the chicken liver, which was rich and flavorful, and the peri-peri chicken reminded me a bit of chicken inasal — juicy, well-marinated, and perfectly grilled. The rice was fluffy and paired well with everything, and I ended the meal with their tart, which was just the right amount of sweet. Overall, I was fully satisfied with the meal. Definitely coming back!

Tried Nando’s for the first time today and wow so good! The food was delicious (that peri-peri chicken is no joke), but what really made it stand out was the customer service. Everyone was patient, and genuinely welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I’ll definitely be back!
