I have had nandos 3 times. The chicken breast burger and chicken thighs burger.The first time was great. The last 2 times have consisted of me throwing out my meals because of a bone being in my piece of chicken or a big batch of blood and a vein. Very not happy and a waste of money. They need to trim their pieces of chicken better. Not going again for a while.
I went there for dine in and the manager there was so rude…… she didn’t even smiled at all….. we got the worst customer service…… other employees were really good….. our food was sitting there for so long and she just kept serving other people…… and then the employee working at cash came in and served us……….

I am just eating now and there is a lady cleaning who didn't allowed me to choose where to sit even when we were willing to wait, whoever is the manager should speak with her.No polite to say "sorry you can't sit here". I don't really care if she is tired/busy cleaning.Also she took the menu without saying "excuse me".Description of this lady? She seems white and chubby.

They completely messed up my order via Door Dash. I ordered 2 x 1/2 chicken with 2 sides + a side of fries. I paid over 80 dollars and I got a portion of wings and Mac and cheese with a small sandwich. A total scam.
I order for take out a while ago for a whole Lemon and Herb Chicken. I asked the guy server twice if there is medium sauce that come with it he said there is but when came home i check it there is none what kind of service is this. Very frustrating!!!!!

This was my first experience at this Nando's location and it was exceptional. The food was just what I went there to find - the trademark spicy nandos chicken (They have mild alternatives for those with non-spicey leaning)The ambiance. The music. The attention and concern for the customer experience was beyond reproach.The staff here demonstrated exceptional hospitality - Thank you ? ??I will definitely be back and recommend highly. No pictures cause I was busy enjoying it all :)
Interesting concept but a little bit under value for what you get. I got the quarter chicken meal and it looked like my chicken grew up without food. Good pop machine though
