Sue, Gino and Chella we’re great. The service was excellent. The food came out fast. They smiled and the food was delicious. I highly recommend coming to this location. I had an amazing experience at Nando’s Edmonton, and it was all thanks to Sue! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to explain the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything came out perfectly.

Her energy was positive and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about customer experience. Even during a busy time, she stayed composed, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare to come across service that makes you feel both valued and appreciated — but Sue absolutely delivered.

If you’re visiting Nando’s in Edmonton, I highly recommend asking for Sue. She elevates the entire dining experience!

Great food and flavourful PERi-PERi chicken with plenty of zest — easily the highlight of the visit. Service is very minimal and casual, but the staff member who helped us was friendly and attentive. The space was pretty quiet when we went, which took a bit of vibe out of the experience, but overall the food was outstanding and worth returning for.

The staff here were kind and friendly. They genuinely take care of their patrons. My party and I tried to pay for a homeless woman that just came in for a drink of water to get some food. When they realized what we were trying to do, they fed her on the house. I will definitely be back here. These are people that have a heart of service.

The best chicken meal we had , a great experience as usual, I was thinking about taking a photo of my meal but unfortunately I realized when it is only bones.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. While we were there, we noticed an older woman who seemed like she might need a meal. We asked if she was okay and if she would like something to eat, and she said yes. When we went to the counter to place and pay for the order, Mohammed kindly told us it was on the house and not to worry. We were truly surprised and touched by this gesture, so we wanted to share our gratitude and appreciation through this review. Excellent service and thank you.
