Excellent restaurant. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and we both absolutely loved the food and service. It was my second time here so I ordered the pork tender loin in mushroom sauce again since the first time was already heaven. I don’t know how they do it but it’s legitimately the best meat & sauce I’ve eaten so far. James was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. All in all a great experience and great service.

Came in with a party of 9 last night and we had the pleasure of being served by James, he is new to the team and he did a phenomenal job taking care of us as well as providing top notch services and well knowledgable with the menu. The manager Danny was there as well and his customer services was beyond exceptional, nothing short of perfection.

Excellent service and even better food!!! I brought my wife for A New Year’s Eve supper and we were treated amazingly. The food was was traditional and absolutely phenomenal! So good in fact I had to tip the kitchen. Our server James was awesome and knowledgeable. He helped a lot with pairings and non-alcoholic recommendations for my pregnant wife. Top notch service on all fronts!!! We will be coming back again!!!

We had our Christmas work party here. There were 12 of us. From start to finish there was no disappointment!! Service was on point! Atmosphere of the Restaurant is inviting and homey! The food AMAZING! No one left hungry. I have to mention the service again because it was that fabulous! If you're looking for the perfect Italian restaurant you have to check out Nellos Downtown. It is definitely a must to try!!

Let's start with the positives: nice atmosphere, good service and generous portions. However, my pasta was extremely overcooked and mushy (I ordered the Pasticcio dish that was 5 different kinds of pasta) and very salty. Others at my table ordered the Arrabiata and the Cannelloni, which were of better quality but also very salty.
