I had a butter chicken combo which costs $ 14.52 comes with rice and nann. I didn't like taste. The taste is so different from other location I normally have. And they served too little. I didn’t have enough curry to finish my rice and naan. It’s not worth to try at this New Asian Village WEM location.

Good food and good service. Try their chicken dishes . Traditional style of cooking. Authentic Indian food. We always order skip the dishes from this place and love their food . There are lot of new places opened but the quality is not the same .

I wish not to even give them one star. They are rip off once it come to price and the food portion is so less that I was so surprised to see the amount. Food was stale and stinky and I got food poisoning from it and kept throwing up when reached home . The lady at the counter was very rude, non professional and arrogant . They missed the order item and when I came to claim it , they gave me such tiny amount , no apologies rather more rude. I will never go back there and won’t ever recommend this place . If you want to Kill yourself due to food you are welcome to go . I wish health inspector would come and check their food. Plus the lady needs a psychologist for her behaviour counselling . Worst experience ever . I will never ever go back there. They are looting people there.

Garbage food, made it insanely spicy by his own. Didn’t even ask. The worst Indian restaurant company in Edmonton.

Real shame about this place . Cause the actual full size restaurant in the west end of Edmonton is amazing . This little pop up location , is terrible! I’ve tried it on 2 occasions, and both times the food lacks any taste , and the staff working NEVER WASH there HANDS. I handed him some cash, he gave me some change , and than went to go work on the naan bread . So gross ?. Luckily I didn’t get sick from eating here , but I can totally see why others would. Although maybe if I finished my entire meal I would have. Food is uneatable .

My worst experience of an East Indian Restaurant in Canada. Here are the reasons why:1) The manager / server (the same person) has zero customer service skills. Meaning, he is working by himself & he just rushes you to order. He also has bad hearing (which is not a good situation when you are responsible for taking orders). The easiest thing to do in this situation, would be to apologize & fix the issue at hand but that wasn’t case at all with the server at “New Asian Village” at West Edmonton Mall.2) He makes his pricing on the go. Meaning, I ordered & 3 extra Bhaturas, on top of the one that came with the Chana & Bhaturas order. He charged me $11.25 for 3 of them & on the receipt, it showed up as “3 Chicken Wrap”. I took this matter up with him but he had no explanation for it.3) He also doesn’t trust his customers. Meaning, I paid for him with my Visa card & he walked away. When I came to get my food, he accused me of taking the receipt from the credit card machine. He actually have my receipt to another customer. I had to show him the transaction record, on mobile banking to get my food. I felt as if I was a crook.4) Last but not least, he puts the food on the pick up counter, way before the customer comes back for their food. My food was sitting on the counter for at least 5 minutes, before I came to back to pick up. I guess this person needs a little course on Food Handling in general & especially during a Pandemic!***I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS & FAMILY IN EDMONTON, NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT***

I hope the health inspector shut you down one day. I wish you nothing but worst luck for your disgusting business because you have no idea what hell of an experience I was going trough. I wished to die because I couldn't take the pain. I got lucky emergency saved me.

Very poor quality in this location. They have biriyani in their Menu, I ordered and they just mixed some rice with curry and gave. If you order rice and a curry, they will put curry on top of the rice and biriyani, they will mix and give. Tried different things twice. Same poor quality.

Have been coming here very regularly the best Indian food in west Edmonton. Chicken curry, rice, samosa chana bhatura every thing. Both the guys working there are very friendly and professional. If you are in WEM and looking for some good Indian food this is the place. Will be back for sure.

The two men gave the strangest vibes. We couldn't understand why. They were smirking, looked like we were being mocked. They were so sketchy. We were very uncomfortable but I was too nice so I still continued to order.
