Worst customer service !! Raju working there should be trained properly . He was just so abusive over the phone.
ordered home made noodle spring rolls and got the frozen ones . Upon calling and asking for the different one, raju on call started yelling.
The food is good .. but the staff specially that guy Raju is ruining the reputation.
Better you guys should hire professionals or only the manager should be asked to resolve these kind of issues.

I did the take out with you guys but didn't get the order which I placed for the breads I said garlic naan, butter naan and lacha parantha but you guys only gave me the garlic naan and butter naan.
I took out the dinner from you guys to eat at home peacefully. After driving for almost 2hrs because don't live in Edmonton didn't get the food I wanted to eat.
And I paid for the things I didn't get.

I ordered a veg chowmein from Uber, but the noodles turned out to be way too salty. It really affected the taste, and unfortunately, me and my friends couldn’t enjoy it.

Visited the restaurant when invited by a friend who had visited once before. My friend is a foodie and do am I. The outside looked like nothing. I was even unsure if it was open. But it was really very very good. Would return on a heartbeat and I am really very sick of Indian food. This restaurant is Nepalese so the food is different. We got medium spice which was perfect except the momos seemed to be much spicier than the other good. It has GREAT food, appeared to be clean, service was friendly. We were there at a quiet time of day.

Amazing food and warm service! I had a wonderful experience at New Gurkha Restaurant in Edmonton! The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich, authentic Nepali and Indian flavours. Every dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, perfect for a casual dinner or a special night out.

Decent spot with a mix of hits and misses. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were the only ones there, which was a bit surprising. On the bright side, service was quick and it was quiet.
The tandoori shrimp had great flavor and a nice char. Butter chicken momos were rich and satisfying, and the veggie Hakka was solid—light and flavorful. The tandoor chicken momos, though, were way too spicy for me—heat kind of overwhelmed everything else. I also wish I’d gone with steamed momos instead of fried—might’ve enjoyed the texture more.
The masala chai at the end hit the spot—spiced well and not too sweet.
Overall, it’s not a must-visit, but definitely worth checking out if you’re curious about Indian fusion. Mention this review for extra smiles.
