New York Fries Londonderry Mall

To say that the NYF at Londonderry Mall saved my life would be an understatement. The NYF at Londonderry Mall was there for me when no one else was. Their poutines are amazing. Their hot dogs are perfect. The staff is always welcoming, like a bright light in a dark world. Thank you NYF at Londonderry Mall.

I had a fantastic experience at New York Fries in Londonderry Mall on December 10, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Every time I go there, I’m consistently impressed by their courteous and friendly service. The staff always make me feel welcome, and they’re genuinely accommodating to customer requests.

I love my fries crispy, and they always prepare them exactly how I like. When I ask for extra gravy or sauce, they happily oblige without hesitation. Their willingness to go the extra mile and their positive attitude really set them apart.

I also appreciate their attention to detail when it comes to dietary preferences. I specifically requested no cross-contamination with pork products, and they were professional and respectful in handling my request. Knowing they take such care in food preparation gives me confidence and peace of mind.

Even though this location is a bit out of my way, I still prefer coming here over any other New York Fries in Edmonton. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and attention to detail makes this place by far the best in town. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality fries and a great customer experience.

I’ve been going to New York Fries almost three times a week for the past two years, as my school is right beside the mall. Every visit has been consistently great. The staff, especially Leslie and Marta, are incredibly kind and welcoming. They know my order by heart, which makes the experience even more personal. I don’t even have to say what I want when I walk up to the counter! They always ask how my day is going, and it’s these friendly interactions that make each visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot!

I frequently get an order of fries/poutine or a hotdog from the Londonderry mall location. I get amazing service from Marta & Leng. Always smiling, service is outstanding. The food is always hot and tasty. I enjoy NY Fries.
