New York Fries Southgate Shopping Centre

The guy with the glasses doesn’t treat the customers right way . He threw the fries on counter and didn’t listen to us. Very bad experience.

I love this place! The cashiers are always so kind and friendly. Today, a young man helped me, and he was incredibly nice. Last time, a lady assisted me, and she was just as polite and pleasant. I really appreciate how everyone treats each customer with respect and keeps a positive attitude. Even last time when a customer with a baby accidentally dropped their food, the employee handled it so professionally and quickly provided a new meal. Truly excellent service! This time when I asked employee for vegetarian option, he provided me details of everything they had and gave a clue about taste and customized my food accordingly which turned out delicious

Gloria was wonderful making sure we had our exact order and fixing any problems we had. She even told us to come back if there was anything wrong with our food. I hope she's working every day. :)

Outstanding Service at New York Fries – Southgate Mall!

I had an amazing experience, thanks to *Gloriya and Sabria!* Their customer service was exceptional—they greeted me with warm smiles, took my order quickly, and ensured everything was fresh and delicious.

This location has gone downhill I have been here countless times as I work nearby.
Today on my lunch break there’s almost no line so I decide to give it another chance . First mistake .. I order the bacon double cheese poutine , cashier tells me they don’t make burgers . Blank stare … I tell them I’m not looking for a burger I’m asking for the bacon double cheese poutine .. Cashier replies we only sell hotdogs and fries .
Second associate comes over and repeats the same process . 2 feet behind them there’s a menu board with what I’m asking for . I had to settle on a plain poutine because I couldn’t waste any more of my lunch break.
Better training is definitely needed they must have lost their old crew they had last year .

Leanne and team are amazing. You don’t see people with attention to detail like her and the team. Fantastic job.
