I ordered 2 of the Italian Loaf (screenshot from the menu in my photo) and it came with green peppers, mushrooms, and tomato that weren’t listed there at all and ruined the sandwiches for both meals. I called 5 times to try to complain but no one would answer the phone. Seemed like the food would be good there if they made it based on what the menu says so this is too bad.

Most of the servers are awesome. The girl working bar on Saturdays is terrible. We will never come on the weekend again, only during the week from now on.

I was blown away by the server from the moment we sat down. She was so attentive and personable! She made us feel looked after and the food was very good to boot! The service is the reason I’ll return for sure. This was my first visit and I’m a fan now!

We got breakfast My Wife, eggs and bacon were excellent. My eggs Benedict not so much would’ve preferred to have the muffin toasted and a choice of potatoes service was excellent however

First time checking out the new location. The venue was really nice. The food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was not very good. Our drinks were left for a long time without being refilled. We just didn't come back to check on us after the food was brought. The atmosphere was all right. Got better when the band started to play the blues. Unfortunately that's when we had to leave. I'll definitely go back. Give it another try

This is mainly a big bar/pub. The restaurant side lacks any atmosphere. Plain chairs, tables, empty walls. In fact one of the walls is actually a divider that opens to provide more seating for the bar.

I've long thought Newcastle had the best pizza in town. It was the only place i've ordered from in years. We decided to order pizza for takeout and check out the new location. Upon inspection of my ordered pie, I noticed immediately that the quality and quantity of the pizza was not what I had grown to love. Not sure if the new location brought new management but my pizzaI was very disappointing. Everyone that tasted the pizza, made the same remarks. I will definitely reconsider where my next pie will come from.
