I ordered the Vegetarian Satay chicken sub and had the worst stomach ache after. While eating, I could feel that the taste was a little off but did not occur to me that the food was stale. Do not order as the food is not fresh.

Subs were delicious. Bread was excellent. We also had the spring roll and salad roll combo with each of them.
Moon cakes were a treat at the end.

Life changing subs. The area it is located in is sketchy but the food makes every trip worth it.

We love the Vietnamese sandwich here ! The baguette is super crsipy and the sausages, pate and butter with some parsley and cucumber inside makes this sandwich perfect! Price is $7 always included gst. The spring rolls are nice too! $1 each or you can order more for a lower price. You can also add a combo with bubble tea or soft drink.

My go-to for Vietnamese subs. Nice staff. Very reasonable prices. The taste and crunchiness of their bread is one and only imo. They accept cash, and e-transfer.
Best sandwich of my life! I got a beef satay and it was the perfect amount of sauce, meat and veggies! Their combos are a great deal too!

Even prices have gone up over the last few years, like anywhere else, still one of the best deals in town.
I usually get the combo sub but the last few times they haven’t quite been as good as they used to be. I think some of the bread isn’t quite as fresh and the pate tastes a bit different.
Still worth it though.
