I ordered it to go so the atmosphere doesn't really matter except the place was empty and completely silent....so that should have been a warning on a Saturday evening. The service was quick....probably because I was the only customer for the evening.
The drunken noodles were terrible, lots of veg (although the wrong veg.....cauliflower has no place in drunken noodles and lack of fresh basil and carrot) and a good portion of meat but the noodles were the wrong type of noodles as mention in another review they were mr.noodles type of noodles not thick noodles and the flavour was much lacking, no aromatics...again probably cause there was no basil.

The spring rolls were laughable, very small and lacked any flavour as well. I've traveled through out Thailand and south east Asia. Don't go here for authentic Thai, this is not authentic Thai or even close to thai cuisine. It feels like either at some point the family sold the business and its now run by Chinese/other or they are thai but trying to make it as bland as possible for an Albertan palette. Either way they should be selling the right kind of noodles for drunken noodles even if it was bland.

Not worth the money.

Papaya Salad was good
Spring roll peanut sauce taste was bad, tastes like old peanuts was used
Fried rice was so bland
Pad thai didn't taste like original or home cooked pad thai

Im sure I am credible
to say all of these because I stayed in Thailand 3x a week for 11 years.

It wasn’t authentic Thai food. The flavour was questionable. A bit too pricey for the quality of food they served.

Noi Thai – A Gem in Downtown Edmonton

Noi Thai in Downtown Edmonton is a stunning example of how traditional Thai cuisine can be elevated with elegance, authenticity, and exceptional service. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is both modern and warm — beautifully decorated with Thai-inspired accents that strike a perfect balance between stylish and cozy.

The food here is nothing short of incredible. Each dish is prepared with care and presented like a work of art. Their Red Curry is a standout: creamy, fragrant, and perfectly spiced, with fresh vegetables and tender meat or tofu depending on your preference.

Service is prompt, professional, and genuinely kind. The owner and staff take time to explain dishes, ask about spice levels, and make sure you’re having a great experience throughout the meal.

Whether you’re looking for a date-night spot, a group dinner, or just a great Thai meal in a refined setting, Noi Thai is an outstanding choice. It’s a welcome addition to Edmonton’s food scene and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates high-quality, authentic Thai cuisine.

Honestly the worst Thai food I've ever tasted!
The pad Thai was lacking any balance of sweet, sour and spicy, the literal foundation if Thai food.
The masamam curry was 80% uncooked onion, poor flavour, hard undercooked potatoes. Ordered coconut rice, was given plain rice.
The two teenagers working the front counter didn't even say hi, I actually assumed one was a customer. The other didn't even look up from his laptop the entire time I was there. Will never return.

Hand made spring rolls and the best green curry in my humble opinion!! A nice quiet atmosphere too for special dining.

We dined here yesterday... the food was really good & the food portions were fair. They lose 2 stars because the young male server that served us, well it was obvious he didn't want to be there and we never got a smile and it ruined my girlfriend's experience. Our bill came to $100 and we still tipped 20% because the owner was hard working and we didn't think it was his fault regarding the waiter's service but we both agreed we will not be back to dine in. A smile goes a long way and we were the only people in the restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Some of the best Thai food I've had in Edmonton. The Pad Thai, Drunken noodles, Panang curry and Red curry were some of our favourites. The owners were lovely. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

3.5. The curry was ok. A but thin. Had the hells beef that was a but disappointing. Beef quality wasnt great and seemed to just be a beef covered in some chili sauce.

Pro: Quick delivery with Door Dash, good meat.

Con: Flavorless Pad Thai, and Satay... I have had great Thai food over the past 20 years and this is the worst for lack of flavor. I have no idea how this has 4.7 on Google. Please do better.

The food here was absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of dishes and loved them all! I would recommend the green curry with coconut rice and the Tom Yum soup! The atmosphere was cute and the service was also great! They also have a ton of vegetarian options if that’s your thing!
