Excellent Chinese handpulled and hand-cut noodles. The sliced noodles had such a satisfying chew and collected the flavorful chili oil so perfectly, and the beef was delicious. I only wish they had more options with beef or lamb rather than pork — I’d LOVE to try their Chinese burger but don’t eat pork.Vegetarian options: Plenty of meat-free options, including noodles with egg and tomato or just with chili oil.

I lived in mainland China for many years and struggled to find real, genuine, Chinese noodles. Hands down BEST Chinese food in Edmonton. Every dish is sheer bliss. Eat. All. Of. It.

Delicious noodles as always. Came at the tail end of lunch hour, fast service although almost all tables are filled.

The food reflects the culture and region it is from. The spice and simple flavors make it so delicious. More Asian people the Canadians is a sign the food still remain authentic with a healthy portion.

I passed by this store half a year ago and ordered the three-in-one. It was the most delicious noodles I had in Canada. Even now, half a year later, I am still full of praise for this store. The burnt aroma of spicy oil is so exciting!

the food is good as always. But the Male server was extremely rude tonight. You don’t have to smack the payment machine on my Togo food container (that u did not give a bag for )when u could just put the machine right beside nicely. That machine is so dirty and is gonna contaminate my food. And he look annoyed. So if u really don’t like ur job u should quit. Day ruined. 就不能换些正常点的服务生吗?

This is one of the places that I often go to. But this time is a really disappointing experience for my Togo order. The staff didn’t ask if we need a bag or not, even the utensils. How should we enjoy the meal without any utensil. It’s their responsibility to ask if customers needed any bag or utensils. Very disappointed! Hopefully they will retrain their staff otherwise they will definitely lose all their loyal customers.

I have always liked Da Qin, but when I called to order a pickup today, I didn’t even ask if I needed a bag, nor did I ask if I needed tableware. In the end, I just left with the lunch box. I am very, very disappointed. The service is very poor. I may not come again in the future. I hope that the waiters at around 1pm today on 1.20 will be well trained on the service process. I hope the boss can pay attention to the feedback from old customers.

The dumplings with spicy sour soup was amazing. It was the best I have ever had in Canada and the US. Pay attention to their business hours. They close at 7

Soup is still pretty goodBut 2 big big problems* $19.50 for a bowl of Noodle Soup that was $12.50 a year ago* No more Chinese tea. I asked 3 people why no more tea. All I got was , yes no tea. No one could tell me why. What Chinese restaurant doesn't serve Tea? One of the cheapest things you can buy

This is a restaurant with simple decor where the focus is on food. The ingredients in the food are high quality and the beef bone broth is an excellent base in any of the soup dishes. In the beef soup with hand pulled noodles , the noodles are quite thick and dense. Noodles are plentiful with some baking chocolate and beef. The beef curry noodles dish had a good mix of veggies and good flavor. Lots of noodles and I think this dish could have been taken to the next level with snow peas or chestnuts.I will return to try the dumplings which look delicious.Dietary restrictions: I do not eat pork and given that many Asian dishes have only pork broth I was pleasantly surprised to note that they have dishes with beef bone broth.

Good Chinese style noodles, but the service really is quite lack luster. They forgot my order and didn't bring anything out for me, everyone else at the table had a bowl of noodles, and none for me. Didn't even ask, I waited 5 minutes to be polite, then spent the next 10 trying to get them to make my order.Noodles are good, nothing special, probably 3rd best in the city: first Chef Hung on Whyte, second Lan noodles, this is third.Cute restaurant, good noodles, probably will go back again. Just make sure not to trust their wait staff to remember or get anything right, check for yourself.
