This was my first time ordering from there and 100% the last time , I specifically mentioned no pork because of allergies and guess what I get .. pork !! Like seriously if you can’t read or get an order right maybe you’re at the wrong job .. this pisses me off so much

I’m usually a big fan of Noodle Box, especially their bubble tea. However, my visit to the Southside location today was disappointing. The boba pearls were undercooked and had a hard texture, which made the drink unpleasant. When I mentioned it to the attendant, I was told that this is just how their boba is, which didn’t feel like a helpful response. I really hope this location improves both the food quality and customer service to match the great experience I’ve had at other Noodle Box branches.

🥳........ delicious food at Noodle Box I tried Thai style noodles and butter toffu both were really delicious and full of flavour. The employees soman and gagan are very good natured, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

This place is terrible, not only is it smoky but the service is terrible, the girl cooking the food is extremely rude and unprofessional, noodles were soggy and mushy, to top it off the old man was handling the frying pan, knife, sink, deep fryer, then cutting chicken with his bare hands and dressing plates.
