My teenager asked to use the bathroom yesterday while I was in the salon. The staff refused to let him use the bathroom unless he bought something. That’s not an issue we understand. My kid asked if he can just buy a drink. The staff told him no he must buy a meal. He said fine, can he just buy the cheapest thing, like plain noodles, they said no he must add a protein.He ended up being forced to pay $25.23 just to use their bathroom. They took advantage of him because he was a child because if he was with an adult this would not have happened.Even if he just bought a drink he is still considered a patron, but they didn’t allow him to do that. How can people do this to children? I am actually beyond upset about this and will be escalating this complaint.

I don't want wanna give no star, but i was forced to give one star. I took my sister and her family to this restaurant two days ago. Terrible service. The staff was rude and inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and poorly cooked. The hygiene standards at this place are appalling. The tables were dirty, the utensils were sticky, and there was a weird smell in the air.It's not worth the price, and i won't go there again even for free.

They forced my 17 year old brother to order a full meal, not just a drink, not just a plain meal but insisted on getting the full meal. If not, he couldn’t use their washroom. Unbelievable people here. Scammers taking advantage of young kids. What kind of franchise does this?

Ordered two Teriyaki bowls and got 2 completely burnt bowls... Safe to say half of the food was thrown out... It literally had burnt pieces, full on black.Also ordered double onion and pepper and had like 2 pepper pieces maybe...Have heard great things from others about this place but I wouldn't recommend it unless you like eating burnt food...or throwing it outWould love to get reimbursed for this honestly...
