I went there around 5pm on a Sunday with a friend. First time being in there as I was recommended by my friend to try it out. Ordered a Chicken Soup base with noodles with sliced sirloin beef and beef balls with a side order of Onion Cake. All I can say, I was super satisfied with the food they provided. The soup broth especially was super tasty! The servers were very chill and welcoming. They even gave a candy on the way out and for leaving this review, the server gave me a fortune cookie hahah. Thank you! Will visit this location again in the future.

Had the build your own noodles with tom yum soup, udon, beef brisket, lamb slices, and bass fish

The soup was very flavorful and had a good balance of spice and sour. The fish was very tender and perfectly cooked. The lamb slices and beef brisket was very tender and delicious. The fatty parts of the brisket melts in your mouth

The staff was kind and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and well lit

Overall highly recommend for the great food snd affordable pricing!

Absolutely wonderful. A little gem tucked away in Edmonton. The staff was so nice to us. They were beyond welcoming and always came to our table with a smile on their faces. The food was so comforting and tasty. The atmosphere almost feels like you're in a studio ghibli movie. The soft music plays gently in the background as you get to enjoy your wonder food with your loved ones. We will be coming back often.

The price is the same. In Edmonton, I feel comforted by the quality food I eat. It’s rare to find delicious Che Zai

Favourite soup noodle place in Edmonton! Curry laksa and beef brisket with sweet potato noodles is my go to. The dumplings and so many other dishes are amazing. Not as much of a fan of the Tom yum broth, I found it bland. The clay pot with sausage is a favourite.

Beef brisket is soft like melt in the mouth but also comes with many fat. Can bite it off.

Clay pot rice isn't clay pot (metal pot) but it actually have the rice crust. I like the pork ribs one the most.

Hot Almond milk was good. Milk tea was but mild tasting.

Green Onion cake was yummy. The fried squid was too skinny, no complex texture for mouth feeling.

Used to be in Chinatown but moved to Southside which is even better for parking and safety.

The food here has been great. I always just default to the make-your-own noodles with curry laksa so that's the only noodle dish I've tried. I have tried their clay pot as well. Doesn't take forever to come out and the bottom isn't burnt. Tastes great. What more can I say?

The servers are nice. Price and portions are fair. The interior is a bit lacking and could use some work, but I'm here to eat, not stare at the walls.
