The outside stairs were icy and still had some snow on the steps from the poor cleaning. Merry Christmas and enjoy your coffee and tea at any other coffee shop.

Nuttea is a super offering on Whyte Avenue right at the corner of Gateway. It's hard to find as it's downstairs. But we'll worth it when you find it.
Their products are based upon nut milks so they have a beautiful creamy texture and a wonderful taste. They have created a wide array of beverages from the nut milks. All of them are very delicious.
The service is very wonderful. The servers are very sweet, kind and provide great information.
The space is cute. It's tiny. But there's a piano down there. A nice little getaway from the busy Whyte traffic.

I got a matcha milk drink with pistachio cream on top-50% sugar, regular ice. it was hard to taste the sugar in the drink; you need to mix the cream well to get the best taste. the matcha itself was very well done. there wasn't much physical ice that I could feel within the drink.
overall, the drink was serviceable for what it was. its price was quite high, so I can only see myself going again once in a blue moon-but I still liked it. the service was reasonable, décor was cute (there's a piano inside!), and there was sufficient cold air circulation inside.

The bubble tea is excellent, and it's some of my favourite in the city. No other place has anything like their vegan nut cream, which I always get on my drink. Very yummy.

I had the pineapple bubble tea with hazelnut cream and it was totally amazing! The best vegan cream I’ve ever had! You can customize everything including the sugar level, and the service is super friendly. An experience not to be missed for every tea lover!

Had pistachio cream on black sesame - unreal. Kids had strawberry nut milk with cream, also really great. Amazing strawberry flavor. The cream is the best part, unlike anything I've had. Very thick and robust yet light and not too rich. IMO the best drinks in this sector.
