Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad, and a fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Unfortunately the kitchen forgot to put dressing with my salad. I called to complain and to my surprise someone immediately drove the dressing and a gift certificate to my door. I must say I’m beyond thankful for him going above and beyond to correct the issue, and the food was delicious. To the kind staff, thank you so much I will 100% be ordering again !!

Hey… whosoever is looking at your reviews guys i literally want to be truthful about it last night i visited you place at millwoods had a good round of drinks with my friends and a bunch of games all together. Spending a hefty amount of money on that side. Once we were tired we decided to order some food and ordered some blackened chicken burger for myself my whole bun was burnt. Despite letting my servers know about it they did nothing about it. Well this is not the service i was expecting on the south side. The attitude your servers had both at the bar and the table(June15 after 6:45pm) was not acceptable. I am for sure not recommending my friends to visit this place again. Its better to visit another places similar who have better service even at their busiest time. This place just had us but still getting burnt food is totally bad customer service. Guyz please improve tour service or hire people who like to care about customer service not about just personal profits which means adding gratuity to the table more than 8 or at-least provide that service . So disappointed to visit this place. What a waste of money. I wanted to say this on waiter’s face but no point. I hope your management gets this message and they actually act serious about it. We were here yesterday for the hockey game and the entire place was booked up and sooo busy. We had Stephanie as our server and even though she was literally running around non-stop, she managed to actually keep our table clean and continuously keep refills on drinks coming. She even tolerated us adding more and more to our group throughout the night and accommodated it everytime we need another chair or help! Definitely really happy with how great of a server she was!

Came here for an afternoon beer and snack and was served by Kaitlin. The nachos were fantastic, the beer was cold, and the service was fantastic! Kaitlin was very friendly and was prompt with providing the libations requested. Service like this is what keeps patrons coming back, and the service we received from Kaitlin on a Sunday afternoon was 2nd to none.

Slow part of the day so was quite. Food and service was good. Nice location and setup.
An good place to go for if you want to shoot some pool, watch hockey or NHL, but the prices are pretty high so watch out when the bill comes. Service can often be pretty slow as well.
Other than that, I usually always have fun here.

Went there for wings night. And the first order was soo dry/hard, that we coyld hardly get the meat off the bones. They re-did our order. The second batch was slightly better. We won't go back for wings at 02's......sorry guys!
