We had reservations for a table of 4 at 6pm. Two of our party arrived 15 minutes early and we're seated. They placed their food and drink orders right away. I called them to place a drink order when myself and my partner were 10 minutes away. We were 10 minutes late for our reservation. When we arrived there was not any food or drinks on the table at all. My partner and I decided not to order as the food took 36 minutes to arrive (a chicken salad and chicken wings). 17 minutes after our drink order was placed, our server informed us that the beer that we had ordered was not available. We changed the order and waited another 25 minutes for our drinks. At 6:45 we ordered another round of drinks. At 7:10 I cancelled the order and asked for the bill. 8 minutes later our server arrived with the bill and a single drink. I paid for the food and assumed that the drink was complimentary due to the poor service. After I paid, I checked the bill and realized that the single drink was part of the drink order that I cancelled for the entire table. When you cancel an order, how does the server think that one person at the table has time for the drink and the rest do not? The lack of poor service and communication from the staff was unprecedented from any establishment that I have experienced in the ICE District. I am a season ticket holder to the Oilers and frequent the downtown food scene often hosting friends, family, and business partners. I can say with extreme certainty that I will never return to this establishment and certainly not recommend it to and business associates, family or friends.

We love coming to O'bryne’s on White Avenue, especially because of MIKE! He used to be at the back of the smoke pit, but now he’s by the stairs and he’s honestly the best part of our visits. He’s so friendly, always takes the time to chat, and even knows us by name. Such a sweet and genuine person who makes everyone feel welcome. Mike really adds to the great vibe at O'bryne’s!

Very appreciative. Our service was great, food was awesome, and everything was so quick even on a crazy busy night. Thanks guys!

Well...where to start... this is where 18 year olds go to party .. not really an Irish pub and being Irish im always excited to find a great Irish pub...THIS IS NOT IT! people that age... are just different. Probably won't bother trying that place again! Im 38 and felt like the crypt keeper 🤣
