They lost my scarf. They took the liner out of my jacket in coat check, which was lying on the floor. It’s a coat with grip it wouldn’t have just fallen out, they shouldn’t be ripping peoples things apart.

Took 30 mins to get a drink after being sat. 15 mins after ordering drinks was told they didn’t have the whiskey my husband ordered. Finally ordered food, waited 20 mins, came back and said they didn’t have stew we ordered. Waited another 20-30 mins for food. Brought food with no utensils and waited another 10 mins to get them so I could eat. Food was okay, Guinness was a good pour. Not impressed overall. Seemed like a short staffing isaue

On a friday/saturday: Hot, humid, packed, definitely a fire hazard I always catch a cold after coming here. On a Sunday: It's nice spot to sit down, listen to some live music, and grab a beer.

I used to like coming here on the weekend to dance but now I’m scared to get elbowed in the face or trampled by the crowd. They let too many people in, it’s a safety concern. New Year’s Eve was completely unsafe.

Amazing fish and chips and Shepherd’s pie. I tried the craft beer as well, they have a great selection. Unfortunately the wait time is too high even for non-busy hours.
Long haired waiter was awful. We have had him twice and both times service was garbage. Especially when they tried to bill us for extra wings when everyone had finished paying. We tried to call and complain about the experience and manager hung up on us. No tip tonight from our group. Looks like we will be going else where for wings now
