The only reason I give them four instead of five is because I'm sad we're not using wild caught Canadian Arctic char instead of importing Norwegian farm raised Arctic char. Big big difference in flavor

Our experiences at Ocean Odyssey have been nothing but positive and engaging with Chef Dan providing us with knowledge on the seafood he brings in and the best ways to enjoy it.
