I was the first person to place an order from this restaurant on Skip (they told me so themselves). They initially accepted the order but canceled it about an hour later. I emailed them to ask what had happened, and they genuinely apologized, explaining that they were unfamiliar with the online ordering system. They promptly rectified the situation with a generous gift card, which really demonstrated their professionalism.

Good food, ordered ahead for pick up but was not ready at the time agreed on, the coleslaw I assumed was supposed to have dressing but must’ve forgot to add dressing because when It came as a side to the burger it was just shredded dry cabbage lol

I scheduled a reservation for 10 or more at the Odd Company Brewing - Ritchie location. I have never been to the location before, so I misunderstood the concept regarding the reservations and the mezzanine space. The server was extremely helpful in navigating my misunderstanding and providing me with in depth understanding, for next time. The 10+ members of our party tried various beers and food.
