We had an amazing experience and the food was nothing short of amazing but our server Emma M really was the highlight of our visit. She really made sure we were taken care of and she provided service beyond expectation. Thanks again for good brunch!

I usually order a matcha here in store and it’s delicious but today I got takeout it was borderline white, just oat milk and an absurd amount of vanilla, waste of 8$

This breakfast place certainly fills the soul with its multitude of choices.
Our waitress was Bella and she was wonderful
I had the threescore which consisted of a gluten free Belgium waffle eggs and sausage which I split with my husband the coffee was really good Eggs and sausage also really good I liked the waffle although when it's gluten free it's going to be a little on the drier side My friend had the breakfast Taco and she really enjoyed it. The place was busy but the service was timely. Would I come back? Yes there are a few other menu items I'd love to try

This is my favourite brunch spot! Food is always amazing and the coffee is great. There is never a long wait for food and the servers are so friendly. I'm always recommending OEB to all my friends and family.

Every time I go to an OEB, the experience is top tier-and this visit was no different.

I ordered the Get Shorty Rib poutine, which comes with artisan cheese curds, Philly-style beef short rib, bell peppers, red onions, and mushrooms. The eggs were cooked perfectly- soft, runny, and that deep orange yolk that just tastes better. The mix of veggies was great, and the potatoes were cooked to perfection-crispy, golden, and full of flavor.

My favorite part is always the sauce. Whatever magic they use, it just ties everything together and elevates the whole dish. The only downside this time was that the beef was a bit dry. Not terrible, but noticeable.

The vibe in this location is very welcoming. It's clean, bright, and the staff are quick and friendly. Overall, another solid visit. OEB continues to be a go-to breakfast spot for me.

We were in Edmonton overnight so when we saw the OEB was close we knew that was where to go. It is always very good and the have gf &df options for me. I had the Chia pudding w fresh fruit, and the others with me had a taco salad and a breakfast sandwich. All three were great.

I went for brunch on Monday at 10:30AM. The trifle French toast was extremely underwhelming, the toast was dry and not enough lemon curd. Also why is the plate for it so big? 3 stars as for our server because she was friendly but what really annoyed me the most was when I was leaving and walking towards the door a different server (asian girl in her 20s with black hair) cut me off at the host stand, gave me a dirty look and did not even apologize and then walked towards an empty section by the front to set it up. That sort of attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable and shows poor hospitality.

I have been eating here daily for the last three years and let me tell you there is no better place for breakfast and brunch, all the losers and haters with their ones that reviews can go eat somewhere else :)

Was just here for a meeting over brunch. Ordered the crab eggs Benny and got my eggs poached hard as I always do at any brunch spot I go to. It was the most awful thing I've ever had.

The eggs were like rubber bouncy balls, it really seemed like they had potentially been hard poached like the day before, and then sat in the fridge or possibly even frozen and then just brought up to temperature to be served on my plate.

The food also came out in like under 10 minutes, which does kind of reaffirm that that egg was not freshly poached.

I cut the eggs open and did not eat them and my whole entire plate was basically full of food that wasn't eaten and I didn't want to say anything at the time as I was with a business client, but I am surprised the server didn't notice that my whole plate was uneaten and asked me if the food was OK.

Really disappointing experience.

This place is trying to be much fancier than it is.

My girlfriend and i went there on our anniversary for what he hoped to be a nice brunch.

I was looking over the menu and couldnt decide between their Salmon Scrablette or their Perogies & Duck. I was mostly concerned with portion size at that time as we had been walking around all day and i had worked up quite the appetite. Conveniently, the table beside us happened to order the salmon scramblette and the entire dish was EMBARRASSINGLY small and the piece of salmon was genuinely like 2millimeters thick. Okay, ill pass. So i ask the server if the perogie dish is any larger, and she said she thinks so. So i asked if she happens to know just approximately how many perogies come with it, i could gauge based off that and she said definitely more than 10. Great, sounds hefty. Ill take it. When the dish does arrive, to my dismay, its even smaller! 🤯 the perogies are no bigger than a loonie 😮‍💨 because theyre fancy 🙄 perogies were flavorless and the duck was dry and overcooked. 30 dollars of disappointment.

Girlfriend got the French toast that was undersaturated and bland and had a really off taste to it, like dusty or burnt or something maybe cooked on a griddle that isnt cleaned often enough? I couldn't quite place it but it was certainly unpleasant.

I came to the conclusion that they are trying to have a really upscale menu with duck and salmon and caviar and so on bit i dont think their kitchen staff is up to the task. Seriously lacking experience with these more advanced ingredients. They seem to be on the menu to give the appearance of an upscale location.

Our meal came to $105 and she didn't finish her meal and i didn't enjoy any of mine.

I will and have been actively telling people to avoid this place. I sincerely hope they either improve dramatically or shut down. I mean this genuinely, i would have preferred a Smittys breakfast at that point. At least you know what to expect there.

The food is good, but since this is a new place, it’s always busy and the atmosphere is quite crowded.
