Let's start with the positives...it's a well-kept, and very clean restaurant, which is refreshing to see. It's hard to find that these days. The young man working in the kitchen was also very cordial.
Now, they advertise this place as being Halal, but I did not see any halal certification on the wall. They only had their business and liquor licenses visible.
Prices are also higher than average, but since they are in the university district, they can get away with it I suppose.

I made an online order, showed up, and was told they didn't have my order in stock. I asked to order something else and I was told I would need to wait behind 30 other orders, so I left empty handed. Beware of ordering online from this place!

I was looking for somewhere near to the Jubilee to go before a show and honestly was not sure about this place as it was not clear if it was a sit down restaurant or counter service. If I'd known it was counter service I would not have chosen it, but I'm so glad I did!
They do bring your food to the table, even though you order at the counter, and the service is every bit as good and friendly as all the reviews say.
These are no fast food burgers, they are better than my own home made and by the time we left it felt like we were leaving family.
This will be my go to, before shows at the Jubilee from now on and as much as I hate driving in that area, they do have plenty of free parking so maybe even more often than that.

The burger was absolutely amazing, the bun was crispy, veggies were fresh, meat and cheese was hot and melty. Place was clean and tidy, nicely lit, nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back again!
