I went with my friends for my birthday dinner to the Calgary Trail Olive Garden. The food was amazing but the service was terrible. Our server, Johanna M. kept giving us dirty looks whenever she passed by as well as would talk about our table to other waiters. It was unnecessary to pass comments as we have only been there for 2 hours. I had tried making a reservation to let them know we would be there for 2 hours but were refused as they don’t take reservations on Saturdays. Even the service our breadsticks when refilled took forever to come and were cold but we didn’t argue. We expected better hostility and service but it ruined the who experience for us.
I’ll be coming back. The food was amazing and the server was very professional. I believe his name is Lawrence. I’ll be back for the birthday celebration of a family member.
We haven't been to an Olive Garden for years, and I'm not sure why. It was delicious! The waitresses we had were fabulous!
Excellent service.
Our server was amazing... We bought their salad dressing and coffee granules for $5.90/ quad pack... Amazing coffee.
Perfect lunch size options. Food was great. Love the unlimited salad
amazing food and breadsticks
It was a great experience with the food and beverages, we had went to celebrate our nieces birthday. First time experience eating here not bad at all.
Great to see an Olive Garden in Canada. I’m from Toronto and I was surprised to see one in Edmonton!!! Hoping they expand into Toronto.
BEST SERVICE IN THE CITY. I sat in the lounge after asking the hostest if it was possible to order, eat, and pay in 45 minutes because i was donating blood across the street in an hour. Sure enough, THEY SUCCEEDED!
Chelsey was my server in the lounge. She was fantastic, personable, and helped me be on my merry way in time. The food was cooked to perfection and it was done so fast! I mean, not fast food fast, but fast for a sit-in restaurant.
Very happy with my visit.😁

First time going to Olive Garden, very family friendly, very busy. Enjoyed our visit the food and service.
All amazing, they even sell their salad dressing for $8.99. Cheaper than buying from high end grocery stores.
Our go to restaurant for special occasions.
After my daughter’s soccer she decided she wanted to spend her birthday going to the Oliver garden. We sat down and our waiter was honestly very pleasant. Only thing is he was unsanitary. I noticed him use his hand to wipe his nose. After bringing out food i noticed his nose was running so I told him and he used his shirt to wipe his nose infront of me. At this point I could not eat I was nauseated. Another waiter noticed I was not eating and asked what was wrong and so I told her. I asked to wrap my food up as I didn’t want to stay any longer. Upsetting as we skipped singing happy birthday and she stated she would let the manager know which she did not. I left and called the manager and he said he had no idea. If he’s sick he should of stayed home or wear a mask and wash hands often but no way should his nose be dripping on anyone’s food and I should not have been expected to pay for it. I don’t know why I took the food home as I can’t bring myself to eat it. Very disappointed so let’s see how the manager handles this as he asked for my address and my phone number. I hope he does not intend to send any gift card as I cannot eat there again. Definitely not a good experience
