We've been trying to find our donair spot since moving to Edmonton and we finally found it. Staff was friendly and welcoming, portions were great, fries were delicious, the donair was stuffed full, and prices were very reasonable. Absolutely amazing spot. We'll definitely be back! :)

live just around the corner from this restaurant and fondly remember the days when I used to be a regular. Sadly, some changes a while back made me stop coming for quite a long time. A few days ago, after a very long break, I decided to give it another try… and I was absolutely thrilled! The food is delicious again, the people behind the counter are genuinely kind and welcoming, and it really feels like the place is back on the right track. I’m so happy! My only tiny wish (and this is definitely not the restaurant’s fault) is that the kids from the nearby school were taught a bit more about manners and indoor behavior. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if they’re excited children or a small herd of wild animals. A little consideration for other guests would make this place absolutely perfect. Thank you so much – I’m definitely coming back regularly again!

Service is always great, but I can’t help but noticed they changed the portions the fries use to cover my shawarma and they also don’t include ingredients like the pickled turnips when I first discovered their shawarmas and also took away the double option. So for that they get a three star for food, which is unfortunate because this was one of my favourite spots to go to.

Olympus donairs is by far hands down our favourite new spot to go in the city for delicious food and fast service with a smile! We are new to the city and have been searching for a new family friendly spot to have a take out meal and found Olympus! We got the calamari and chips, 4 super donairs and a regular donairas well and finished off with an order of fresh in store homemade baklava. All of it was so tasty! The calamari was tender and spiced to perfection! The donairs were overfull with meat and a great amount of sweet sauce topping! The fries and onion rings were also super crispy and light! So so good! Baklava was the best I’ve had yet! Great prices, lots of comfortable seating room in the dining area for stay in meals! Kinda feels like you’re going to a friends house for dinner to be honest when eating in the restaurant. It’s clean cozy and very well lit. I love that you can watch your food being prepared so it totally fits for the asmr seekers as well! Highly recommend going to check it out and having a taste!

There are MANY places to get a donair in YEG, and we all have our favorites & I've just found mine! It may be kinda 'outta the way' (it's tucked away in Riverbend) but for me the drive is worth it. This Father/Son team does it right! Lots of fresh quality ingredients, and homemade sauces. Nothing is rushed, just put together and proudly presented with an uncommonly personable and genuinely friendly service. My highest recommendation goes to Olympus Donair.
First time trying this place: 11/10. If you want good food that will fill you up for the rest of the day. Go here!
