There are MANY places to get a donair in YEG, and we all have our favorites & I've just found mine! It may be kinda 'outta the way' (it's tucked away in Riverbend) but for me the drive is worth it. This Father/Son team does it right!
Lots of fresh quality ingredients, and homemade sauces. Nothing is rushed, just put together and proudly presented with an uncommonly personable and genuinely friendly service. My highest recommendation goes to Olympus...

I have family visiting from Ontario and we stopped in to pick up lunch. The owner was amazing and the food was delicious! We had the donairs and fries. Ask for the special sauce for the fries! We will be back!

Today I tried rice with shawarma chicken. It was very delicious. And of course I will not forget the sauce.
They have an amazing sauce.
