This is my 10th order from One Stop Halal since the last year. Every time the quality has been excellent, delivery is very prompt and the customer service is amazing. I am now a customer for life.
Was super excited to get wagyu steaks. Placed an expensive order and meat was delivered WARM! Literally warm to touch, terrible packing. No cooling. So disappointed. Obviously cannot consume it. It was going to be my birthday meal. Totally ruined my day.

no costumer service whatsoever. mislabeled meat and no once cares to address the issue.
