One01 Bistro certainly lives up to the reviews. My first time here. We made the choice to eat here prior to an Oilers game. We’re so glad we did!
I was impressed with the genuine warm vibe from the owners and staff.
Food is plentiful and delicious. I would describe the tastes as a slight Asian fusion with a few subtle twists on Chinese standards.
Definitely worth the drive downtown. Parking in the back. I will be back soon!

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with elegant décor and a cozy, relaxed vibe. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and attentive service throughout the entire meal.
The menu is full of creative Hong Kong–style and Western fusion dishes, and every single one we tried was outstanding. The flavors were well balanced, ingredients fresh, and presentation beautiful. The dim sum, seafood, and fusion mains all stood out. Portions were generous without being excessive.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail — from the perfectly cooked proteins to the subtle but thoughtful garnishes. Desserts were the perfect ending: delicate, satisfying, and full of flavor.
I highly recommend One01 Bistro to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Edmonton. Whether for a special occasion or just a great night out, they absolutely deliver. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing food and service. Great selection. Can't go wrong. We had a big party and try lots of the food on the menu. Love the fried Tofu, fried rice, Singapore noodle. Must try the salt n pepper chicken cartilage and dry rub rib, delicious!!!!!

Food was good, especially the classic Hong Kong dishes. However, service was really slow as we waited almost 90 minutes for 5 dishes in a half full restaurant. I understand if there is a wait, I just wish we were informed before we sat down. Communication was also lacking, we asked for an ETA and was not given one, to the point where we contemplated walking out.
I was deeply disappointed with the service. Waiters barely came over at all, messed up order several times, and had condescending attitude the entire time. Would not go back.

Have had Chinese before, but it didn’t prepare for the authentic Hong Kong fare had tonight. All dishes were delicious! The flavours were more intense and all portions were so large, they became shareable. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended!
