Visited opa and had falafel wrap which was really delicious. Staff was really helpful and kind. Ambience was great.

Had a wrap and a chicken skewer meal with Greek salad, chicken was very very dry in both the combo and the wrap. The ladies up front show speak better English sorry to say but they do not understand or are able to repeat the order in English. After having the order repeated at least 5 times it was correctly done. Then I was looked at rudely when she noticed I did not tip

The gyro was gross, tasted like an old shoe and same texture. Not going back.

Poor hygiene practices and customer service. The person taking our order using the till and continued touching various items, then proceeded to grab the pita for our order without putting on gloves or washing their hands. They threw the pita from across the kitchen onto the grill and almost missed it. The interaction also felt unwelcoming and that we were inconveniencing them by being there.

It’s the second time in a month that I went to the currents location of Opa to order an item that is plastered all over their menu board and website only to be told they ran out earlier in the day. So, take note, if you want the Santorini salad at supper time, they won’t have it. Maybe it should be advertised as a lunch only item. Step it up Opa, there are many other food choices out there. I won’t be back for a third time.

I recently picked up an order from this restaurant as an Uber Eats courier and was taken aback by the staff's behavior. They insisted that I hand over my personal delivery bag, which I find completely unacceptable. This bag is my property, purchased at my own expense, and I am under no obligation to surrender it

The restaurant does not employ me, does not pay my salary, and does not provide any equipment for my work. If you aim to ensure quality service for you Uber customers, please supply the necessary resources yourselves. Expecting couriers to utilize their personal assets without compensation is both disrespectful and unprofessional.

Such treatment of delivery partners is unacceptable and leaves a negative impression of your establishment.

Food is ok I dined in the staff are in the back pretty much yelling at each talking extremely loud in another language. Would never come back come on be more self aware.

Place was dirty. Workers didn’t wash hands or wear gloves after touching cash register and other was talking on a cellphone (that also looked dirty). Salad had been sitting awhile and looked soggy and wilted. I grew up in the food industry and this was very poor hygiene. This is why food safe was invented.

Owner let us eat right he before close and had wonderful service.

We used OPA! Windermere for our catering service for my mom's birthday. Paul was so helpful and accommodating. The food was also delicious, would definitely recommend.

We had 2 orders 1 of lamb pita wrap feast and second one of falafel wrap the girls working were in some kinda rush we literally got 10 fries on count with our meal on which we spent $30 and that too was not fried well really disappointed won’t be coming back to this place for sure.
