I was there yesterday and had a falafel wrap fries, the food was so delicious and the staff was very friendly. They were super busy but it was really very well managed and all the customers were served quickly.

Saddest greek food I ever had. Lamb is dry, meat portion is small. Not worth the money. Might as well go to Mr. Greek.

To the girl cooking Sunday afternoon who assumed my daughter was ordering a white pita and I hadn’t even said what I wanted and rolled her eyes at my daughter when the other girl told her whole wheat Shame on you!!!!
I was standing there and you’re lucky I didn’t give you an earful in front of other customers. Why didn’t I? Because I’m not like you a very rude and unkind person if you don’t like your job quit!

Had a wrap and a chicken skewer meal with Greek salad, chicken was very very dry in both the combo and the wrap. The ladies up front show speak better English sorry to say but they do not understand or are able to repeat the order in English. After having the order repeated at least 5 times it was correctly done. Then I was looked at rudely when she noticed I did not tip

Poor hygiene practices and customer service. The person taking our order using the till and continued touching various items, then proceeded to grab the pita for our order without putting on gloves or washing their hands. They threw the pita from across the kitchen onto the grill and almost missed it. The interaction also felt unwelcoming and that we were inconveniencing them by being there.

It’s the second time in a month that I went to the currents location of Opa to order an item that is plastered all over their menu board and website only to be told they ran out earlier in the day. So, take note, if you want the Santorini salad at supper time, they won’t have it. Maybe it should be advertised as a lunch only item. Step it up Opa, there are many other food choices out there. I won’t be back for a third time.
