Lady at the front wasn’t so friendly. I said the drink I wanted and first thing she said was, “I don’t want to make it.” I assume it was a joke but it was surely not good customer experience for me. Will not be returning.

Very bad experience. Lady on the front is very rude. Every other orange julius I go to, people are very friendly but here I get dissappointed everytime. All I asked her to do is to add less ice in my drink and I was fine if I get the half glass of sparkler as if she was worried that she have to give me more drink if I get less ice. Never going back here...
