I ordered a 3 item meal which, according to their menu, should consist of 2 meat and 1 veggie items. Highly disappointing that 3 items is the rice/noodle option followed with just 2 other items rather than 2 meat items. Anyways, I felt ripped off and the meal was so salty!! I had a pathetic kung pao chicken, Shanghai noodles and mushrooms. It was awful. I would suggest you skip this place when you're in the food court. Waste of money and calories.

I ordered chow mein and chili chicken along with mushrooms& tofu veggies. The chow mein was not only luke warm but it smelled and tasted off. It had funny smell and a bit of sourness which to me was obviously gone bad. I stopped eating and notified the employees of this establishment. The lady said that she will let someone know but they continued to serve customers the food without first testing the freshness of the food. I discarded the remaining food however, I was upset that I couldn't stop others from buying the same food. Someone should report them to the health department. I have my fingers crossed that I won't get sick tonight from what little bit of the noodles I ate.

I have visited this outlet three times at the West Edmonton Mall food court, and unfortunately, each experience has been consistently disappointing. The Chicken Kung Pao and Pepper Chicken dishes were extremely rubbery, and on one occasion, the chicken was undercooked. When I brought this to the attention of the owner (an older woman), instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she argued defensively about the quality and safety of the food. She ultimately told me, “If you don’t want it, just walk away.”
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Serving undercooked chicken is a serious health risk, especially for those with weakened immune systems. I strongly urge Alberta Food Safety authorities to investigate this establishment and take appropriate action to ensure public health is not compromised.

Food was good . Seemed fresh . For being mall foodcourt Chinese food you can’t go wrong . All the standard tastes . Worth checking out if thats what your in the mood for.

Honestly I have not been to West End in a couple of years. This place has gone so downhill with quality and quantity. Everything tasted like it had been sitting there for a good 24 hours. And that they have forgotten how to cook any of their basics. They rush you through when there's no line and he overcharged Me by well over 12 bucks
