The food was ok, nothing spectacular and portions were not that big. They always fill your container with lots of rice or noodles and you get little in the way of the other meat, chicken, pork they have.

Parking: They are in a mall, can be noisy but expected.

Used to be one of the best places in the mall to get food, was my go to 5-6 years ago, recently went back to have them again from my fond memories of that place and let me tell you, the memories are gone now and replaced with mediocre food that is dry and bland. Not what it used to be, disappointing.

Terrible. Zero quality. Greedy owner. Read and believe the rock bottom reviews. WEM should get rid of this outlet. We were visiting from out of country. Had great lunch at the mall the day before. Came back the next day and was expecting equally good dinner food. But this was the worst Chinese fast food. To squeeze more profits, quality relegated last. My wife had fried rice as 1 of 2 items, the server, in full view of the Chinese (?) owner/manager, scraped the rice from bottom of the pan. Expectedly, this scraped rice was hard and inedible. My wife refused this unsat item. The thing is, freshly cooked fried rice was just minutes to be served and about to be poured to the pan. I had the Shanghai noodles with lemon chicken. The noodles looked presentable but was just a facade. Noodles were of differing textures: some soft some hard probably old. Again, cheap owner maximizing profits at the expense of quality. There was barely any chicken meat...mostly the breaded wheat.

Asked for a 3-dish option but they charged me for the 4-dish option. For the fried chicken, they literally only gave 2 pieces and for the bbq pork, most of the pieces were just pork fat and no meat. Noodles were bland. Saw them put the rice in the microwave so food is definitely not freshly made. If I can give zero stars I would - definitely not coming back.

Used to be one of my favorite places to grab a meal, but has recently decided that waiting in line for 15 to 20 minutes is meaningless as everyone who walks up will be served instantly instead.

Had a really rude experience, not sure what the issue was. I get that people have bad days, but this was unacceptable. I asked for forks and was met with attitude. And seriously, responding with 'skibidi' in a professional setting? Not cool. Won't be coming back.

So disappointed, I usually go to Bourbon ST. Grill, but decided to give this place a try. Never again. It actually looked good in the steamer but it was bad from the first bite.

Ginger beef was soggy and sweet, and sour pork was hard as rock. Veggies were cold and soggy as well, and chow main noodles were gross. Not coming here again. It's not even worth the money.

Ordered from here and found the longest and nastiest hair in the rice. Portions are small considering it'dim sum. They've gone down hill from what I remember it used to be.

Worst service I ever got in my life. The woman even charged me for 4 items when I only got 2 items. Food was mediocre at best.

[EDIT] Thank you for your response. I just want to clarify what happened. There were 2 women there, "woman A", who took my order, and "woman B" who was at the cash register. Woman A seemed to hate me on sight and was extremely rude/abusive while taking my order. Apparently she told woman B that I ordered 4 items bc woman B charged me way more than expected ($14.50?). I then told woman B that I only ordered 2 items, and she said something to woman A. Woman A said something with her back turned to me and woman B snickered and charged me only for 2 items (i.e. the overcharging was corrected). Despite being hungry before this, I could not finish the food bc my mood was ruined.

I only review businesses when extremely impressive or exceptionally bad. I usually check reviews first before trying new food, however I was in West Edmonton Mall and it was just a quick choice to try Oriental Dim Sum. I am in absolute shock that mall administration even allows this place to stay open in their mall. The food was flavorless, the sweet & sour pork was just these flakes covered in sauce. No actual meat involved. There was a charge for fortune cookies, no refills on fountain drinks and to be honest, the lady working the counter was not very kind. The biggest complaint would definitely be the poor quality of food. Nobody deserves to eat that kind of food.

Terrible portion sizes, BBQ pork was burnt to a crisp and the chow mein noodles were cold. Definitely not going back after today.

Got scolded by getting 2 tiny hot chilli oil condiments(had to return 1). Chinese lady said she will charge me for the extra chilli oil. (In all the times i ate here this is the only time i will be charged for a single extra chilli oil). You just lost a frequent costumer today!
