I’ve been eating at take out spots here at WEM since I was 13 years old. The quality has just dropped and dropped in this place in particular is really unfortunate. I gave it a number of tries recently and have found: The food is overly salted Has been not refreshed for too long (dry and over cooked due to the heaters) Nothing has very good flavour No flavour is, of course, very subjective… But this is poor quality food. After so many years of eating here when we come to WEM, this will be the last time. Edit (minutes after writing this): After looking over previous reviews, I think the owner continually apologizing for poor experience with no obvious improvements is unhelpful. Perhaps shifting how service is conducted might be in order?

My husband ordered a meal for himself and our twins - the whole experience was disappointing. The food was mid and the service was unpleasant. I don't know how they're staying in business, but given the busy food court and low price it draws a crowd. Would not recommend.

Almost all the time I check reviews before eating at any restaurant, this is one of the very few times I did not, and do i regret it !!! The food here is terrible, I definitely should of asked for a refund after the first couple of bites... I must say, how does the management team at WEM allow a restaurant this terrible to stay open, especially with so many complaining about getting sick after eating here, you would think they would not want shoppers to have these experiences on their property.
