We arrived early and there were many empty tables but they had reserved a table with poor viewing...two posts blocking view and TV all at a distance. Requested a better table and told all table had great viewing and seated us at the poor table. Will not book again.

We stopped in here for dinner recently and were pretty disappointed. While the food was average (calamari was good, our burgers were not so much), the atmosphere was awful. Even for a sports lounge it was excessively loud. The music overhead was turned up way too high and so the volume of the conversations at tables around us was deafening. We literally could not hear each other across the table even with leaning in close and shouting over the din. In addition, one of the windows along the western wall wasn't adequately covered by the blind and I was being completely blinded as the sun dipped lower on the horizon and the waitress wasn't really in any hurry to offer a solution even after we complained about it. If you're looking for somewhere with passable food to watch the hockey game one night, I'm sure this place is fine, but if you're looking to have dinner with friends and catch up, avoid at all costs. If you're set on some of their menu items but want a less bananas atmosphere, their north side location is WAY better.

I highly recommend Original Joe's! We came with a table of 10 people and the staff seamlessly accommodated moving tables on the patio to get us outside, all at one table. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and pleasant - especially with a table of 10 people which isn't easy to serve. The staff is friendly, food is always great, and they had good drink deals on. We've been coming here for 15 years and intend to continue!

Just wanted to give a special shoutout to our server Cristi tonight. We had a fantastic time, and she truly made the evening seamless. Although there seemed to be a few communication issues with other staff members, which led to a 10% discount on our drinks, we never once felt neglected or that she wasn’t attentive to us. In fact, we barely noticed anything amiss. Cristi went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. She was personable, friendly, and made the night that much more special. Thanks, Cristi, for being amazing!

Service always top notch. Food always good. Atmosphere always amazing. Can’t get much better than this. Cobbs salad (attached) and fish and chips to share on a Friday always more than satisfying.
