The food was O.K. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. The service was abysmal. Our waitress was rude, and I have never waited so long at a restaurant to have to talk to the server. We told her we needed to pay when the food came because we were in a lunch break, and by the time we finished our food we still had no bill. We told her we needed to go, and she rudely replied “I know”, and proceeded to stop and take 4 other table’s bill before bringing us the machine. I have never had worse service. I have an immense respect for service staff having done the job before, but I tipped below 15% for the first time in my life. I should have tipped 0. Will not be going back.

We always have a pleasant experience at Original Joe's. The food is good. Our kids are welcome. The prices are reasonable. The service is great. Dig the burgers and that dill dip for the fries..kids options are decent. My only ask would be more gluten free options. A dedicated fryer for gf items would attract a lot more people and give us more options for our celiac daughter. Even my parents, one is vegan and one is rather picky, both enjoyed their meals and want to come back and that never happens.Kid-friendliness: Kids were welcome and the kids meals are good portions

Caesar salad was very skimpy. It had 4 Croutons and 3 small bits of bacon. The burger I had was good until I bit into what seemed like a bone fragment. Everyone else I was with said it was good so I'm giving it 2 stars.
