Don’t order from this rest ! Ordered soup and asked for no bacon and got bacon . Asked for cutlery and got none . How hard is it to follow simple instructions

They made us wait for a few minutes before letting us sit, as there was no one at the front to greet us. Once seated, we waited about 15 minutes before we had to approach someone to ask for the menu. When we were finally ready to order, the waitress asked for our IDs, specifying that they only accept physical IDs, not digital ones. I have no issue with their ID policy, but why not inform us of this requirement before seating us and making us wait so long? We ended up leaving without ordering anything.

Butter chicken was terrible.. and they had someone call in sick so they were short staffed. Did the best they could but service was slow and we had to get up multiple times to get what we needed from the kitchen.

Most of the staff is very friendly, but unfortunately the service is horrible. On several occasions I have come to this location with a friend, other than us there were 1 or 2 other people dining in at the time and for whatever reason every time it takes 40+ minutes to receive our food (and then have it be cold, burnt or undercooked). I could see if they were busy for it taking so long but when it’s basically empty there is no excuse. It also shouldn’t take 20 mins to get a glass of water. Or 20-30 mins to get the bill so I can pay after I’ve requested it.

The service was great. I was disappointed with our nachos. Over half of our order was on stale, broken chips. I expect better and have always received better than what we ordered that day.
I have been a regular for many years, and introduced friends to this neighborhood gem. But...the wine list is awful, and as a result, we find ourselves avoiding OJs because of this. It is not that difficult to write a good, focussed wine list. Please do so.
