Jada was amazing! (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong). My partner and I had an impromptu date night, and it did not disappoint. The friendly staff told us we could choose a seat of our liking upon arrival. Jada greeted up quickly, drinks were customized and tasty! Our food was ordered and out very quickly! She was able to make the modifications I needed. She checked in on us with nice frequency and was polite and cheerful! Amazing!

We were a group of 10 who came out Wednesday night. It was pretty slow in the restaurant with only a couple tables. Half of us in our party work in the hospitality industry and were surprised by how unfriendly our server Erik was. He seemed annoyed at us the whole time after he made multiple errors during our experience. We wouldn’t have batted an eye had he apologized once, but he made it seem like we were the problem for saying anything. Totally understandable when things go wrong, but some recognition of self-error goes a long way especially when we are paying and tipping for at least decent service.

We love Original Joe's for date nights. I tried the Jack Daniels burger, it was incredible. I finally got to enjoy watching the 1st period of an Oilers game with other enthusiastic people. Great food, great staff and it was a great time.

I had the watermelon margarita and it was delicious! Also enjoyed the noodle bowl, can't quite remember the name, it was only ok...like it was missing something in the sauce. Finally the truffle fries. The sauce to dip it in was delicious but the fries themselves were too salty. Wife enjoyed the steak, decent cut of meat and the side salad she said was one of the best she'sever had. Our waitress was friendly but the service was a little slow for the amount of people there.

I ordered badlight beer ? and half way drinking it discovered something was stuck inside the glass which I was drinking from, technically it wasn’t washed and I been served in same dirty glass previous guest drink from. The server apologized and offered free beer but I still have to leave the comment because it messed up my whole night I don’t exactly know what that chunk of dirt was. It was my second time here and I will never come back to this place or any original Joe restaurant again. it left me with big disappointment. Poor service which gonna put other customers at possible health risk/ possible food poisoning due to not cleaning the used equipment properly. no need for me to send and email the person who was serving last night are aware of this and try to provide drinks in clean equipment for the next guest. Because that is a huge health risk right there. Dish needs to be washed properly.

Table of 4 on a normal night and half the table had all of our food come out at different times with at least 15minutes between the first and the last person getting their food. I’m a former local moving back to the area and was hoping to find a spot to frequent, now I know to avoid this place. A restaurant should be able to serve 4 people their food at the same time, even if there was a line out the door, never mind if there a were many empty tables as there were tonight
