Mel is a great server, I appreciated that she wasn’t over bearing, just the right amount of attentive. When I requested a food suggestion, she was right on the money with the garlic dry ribs. One thing that was odd is the debit machines don’t encourage you to tip the servers. I’m not part of the food industry but I do know it is hard and strenuous work. I tipped based on the service I received which was 20%. Not everyone has to do this of course and I understand it’s based on experience. All of this boils down to simply say I had a great experience and shout out to Mel who killed it today!

Table we sat at was not wiped and had crumbs and glass rings on it. Food was not seasoned and tasted very bland. I had the regular burger and french fries. Both extremely bland and I could take it or leave it. Nothing to write home about. The coleslaw was awesome and the Dirt Pie knocked it out of the ballpark it was so good ! Probably will not go there again. Not a good quality of food for the price.

Our server Hannah tonight was outstanding. She was prompt bringing drinks and had great conversation. We have had Hannah as a server many times and she is always attentive and very friendly.

We had lunch here today, it was super. The sliders were delicious, so was the pepperoni pizza. Server was very attentive and friendly. Everything we have ever ordered here has been delicious.
So this is usually our go to place and all the servers are amazing, but tonight was not a good experience, the server with long curly brown hair and lip piercing was so slow, we watched our drinks sit at the bar for 15 minutes before she noticed and definitely will ask to be seated in someone else's section next time.

I’m really sad to leave such a low rating cause the atmosphere and food was fantastic. But I came in and had the worst service i’ve had in a long time at any restaurant. I’m a server myself, and I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt , but my server (Mel) rarely checked in, didn’t try to be personable in any way. She left my tables drinks empty for longer than needed (there was 4 tables in the restaurant). I was left to eat my food with no fork. Not once were we asked if we were enjoying anything that was provided. Tried my hardest to keep an open mind but left super disappointed. I get people have bad days but this was beyond 0 effort

It was so busy that we had the good fortune to eat dinner at the bar. Jared was the ultimate host, keeping the drinks full, and making sure our food was good. We’re going to sit at the bar next time we visit!
