All their beef, lamb or Philly steak sandwiches are the same kind of meat .. can’t feel any difference. No signature flavour at all. Just lots of sauce & veggies in the wrap but no actual recipe or flavour.

got the greek salad lamb and fries plates. i orderd delivery and asked for the garlic sauce on the side. it didnt come on the side the fries where gross and soggy. i think the lamb would make up for it but no. the lamb was so tough it was like eating beef jerky and with no flavour. the only good thing was the mango drink

I ordered Chicken on the Rocks and was really disappointed. It used to be one of my go-to meals because they used to give a generous portion of chicken. Now, it’s mostly just rice with barely any chicken on top. The flavor is still decent, but the portion size has gone downhill. For the price, it doesn’t feel worth it anymore. Osmow’s used to be great, but lately, it feels like they’re cutting corners. Hope they bring back the old qualit

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Ordered online through their website, what should have taken the driver 20 minutes, took him 45. So the food was so cold it was not edible. Called the number on my order, to find out it was door dash.
My total for my order was $30 (with all their service fees, tip, ect) & door dash could refund me $14. So I figured I would pack up my newborn & drive to the location to see if there was anything they could do & bring to light the situation. Since I had to throw out the food anyways.
AND, Nope nothing they could do, I’m welcomed to re-pay and reorder again! Since it wasn’t their fault. But when I told them it’s the delivery service through their website. They told me to call door dash again to ask for more $ back. When I just want dinner tonight. When I asked the cashier to speak to the manager, said he called the manager & she said the same.
