This was hands down one of the WORST food experiences I’ve ever had. I understand this was through Uber Eats, but Osmow’s themselves are the ones making the food and they completely failed.
I clearly selected NO ONIONS in the options (which they themselves provide), yet the food still came with onions. When I called to clarify, they flat-out lied and told me their “information says the food has no onions” when the onions were literally right in front of me. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff rudely asked me, “So what do you want to happen?” That is not how you handle customers, especially on a first-time order.
What’s worse, they could have seriously hurt someone. My husband has an allergy to onions, and good thing we double-checked before eating, otherwise this could have ended very badly. Food safety is not a joke.
Terrible service, zero accountability, and no respect for customer instructions. If you can’t even follow the basic topping choices you offer, why bother having them? First time ordering here, and DEFINITELY the last. Never again!

Always our go to place for some spicy shawarmas and the food is always delicious and the staff especially the night supervisor guy is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is a great and clean. The prices are very reasonable and they always have good portion size as well. Highly recommended!!! Keep up the great work guy!! Cheers!!🥂

Wasn't really impressed with the quality of the food. The salad wasn't great. Some of the pita chips were stale, the chicken shawarma fell apart with how it was cut, the flavour combination was just off and overall a waste of money and time. The service was nice, though.

Update: after Rohan contacted me, I understand that many customers prefer their salads dressed even for delivery so they have been listening and responding to customer requests. That's impressive. The location was kind enough to offer a replacement salad so I am excited to be picking up dinner tonight (dressing on the side lol)
Difficult to give an Osmow order such a low rating. I've been to this location in person a few times and love their salads but this time my son ordered through Skip and my salad was drenched in salad dressing and the falafel were a bit overcooked (too crunchy). I will continue to be a loyal Osmow's customer but won't order delivery again...or will always get salad dressing on the side. If I wasn't short on time, and had any other option, I would not have eaten this meal.
The person who was taking order was rude to me for no reason i was asking him only one question that if i am removing any toppings can i exchange it with other for free but his tone was rude to me like being a customer it feels so bad
