I don’t know what to say. I got on Rock last night and look at what I got, I got a hair, it was inside the food. So pathetic. Lucky I got it before going inside. There was no cutlery, no napkins and no basic things. Staff were so rude and told me they can’t add more sauce or give an extra sauce which I was will to pay.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered 3 large Chicken on the Rocks around 1 AM and received my order in about 15–20 minutes — but when I opened the bag, everything was a complete mess. All the food was spilled inside the bag, and the sauce was everywhere, even outside the boxes. One of the boxes was completely open, which caused the whole order to leak and ruin the entire bag.
I spent $45 for food that I couldn’t even eat. At that hour of the night, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected at least basic care in packing the food, but it was handled horribly.
Worst experience ever with Osmow’s.

I had a horrible horrible horrible experience today at around 1pm. I came in today with the intention of ordering for my family for when I went home after school, so I asked the cashier if I could have the sauce on the side. The cashier went and checked, and he came back to me and said yeah, you can have sauce on the side for all of them. So when my food was getting packed, I saw the lady putting the sauces on the side, but then the so-called supervisor came and grabbed all the sauces and put them away and started ranting that we can’t do this. She was saying that we can only put sauce on the top, we can’t do it on the side at all and I complained that the cashier at the front said that I could and she said oh he doesn’t know anything I’m the supervisor. My frustration is that I already was told at cash that they could do it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered for my parents since it’s not gonna be good by the time I get home. She was saying that it was too busy in the store (mind you there was only like four customers in line). She said she can’t be doing that for everybody, which I understand, but I was already told before paying that I could have sauce on the side. She wasn’t apologetic at all and the sauce was already prepared by the other lady so why put it back and argue with me about it? She just kept repeating that she was the supervisor. The customer service is HORRIBLE! AVOID THIS LOCATION. Now my money is wasted thanks!
