Staff working the 8:00pm shift this evening were unnecessary rude. If working evenings is so miserable then simply put, get a different job. Beyond that, service was slow and the restaurant was nearly dead. With plenty of competition in the area, you’d think they would want to strive to keep their customers? Guess not.

Very hit or miss but it’s never horrible sometimes they put the chicken on grill after cutting it from skewer and it’s delicious but most times just put it instantly in the wrap and just serve it to you in 30 seconds

I am a regular customer at osmows but this specific place has a different taste always. Sometime the quantity of rice will be way too much as compared to chicken in chicken in the rocks,and other chicken will be less. Their quantity of sauces is also not consistent therefore the taste is also not consistent. There fatoish salad is the worst, they just poured sauce over some large cut salad, which was so hard to mix. I would rather recommend you visit some other osmows location if you want to enjoy authentic osmows taste. The staff here needs a lot of training to run this place.

I ordered the Beef on the Rock and Beef on Sticks and was super impressed! The portions were big and definitely worth the price. The beef was flavorful, tender, and the sauces tied everything together perfectly. Great value for the quality and taste — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been eating at Osmow’s for quite a long time, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I could barely find any chicken in my chicken salad, the portions were very small, and the staff didn’t seem very friendly. Sorry, but I won’t be coming back to this location again.
