Amazing food and service
Staff were very accommodating of our requests for a big group! Id appreciate a couple more chicken wings for the price I paid, though. However, they were very tasty!!!
Taken out for Father’s Day to here. Wow the food and service is amazing. Definitely, going to be come back here.
I came here yesterday based on reviews. I had their Friday special fish and chips. While I can't say it was the worse fish and chips I've had it was ok. The fries were great. The fish however was very small pieces and very greasy. It sure wasn't worth the 30 dollars including the tip that I paid for it.
Can't speak to the food at this point (it did look good when the server passed us by), we just had beers. I will speak to the service and atmosphere, terrific.
A fabulous place! Absolutely worth the drive out of town. The dining room is well organized for space and lighting with a great view of the golf course.
Staff are excellent - my wife and I were promptly greeted by the manager, Brandi, who was welcoming, friendly, and personable.
Our server, Tori, was fantastic.
Great beer on tap - Alley Kat, one of Edmonton’s finest.
Good food - had the brisket sandwich and fish & chips.
We’d go back again for sure.
Out of Bounds restaurant prepared and provided food for our special family event on a midday Sunday in May. There were 38 people in attendance and they did such a great job. Food was so tasty! The halloumi sliders were a favourite— as were the beef and chicken ones too. We also had charcuterie, the spicy shrimp board (another favourite!), bruschetta, and other various boards. Everything was fresh and excellent. We are very happy that we decided to go there for this event And have it catered by Out of Bounds.
We had a great experience at Out of Bounds after a round of 18. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, vibrant, and comfortable.
Patricia was phenomenal — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She gave excellent recommendations from the menu, and made sure every part of our meal was perfect. You can tell she really enjoys her work and wants every guest to have a fantastic time.
The food was awesome — . The drinks were spot on, and dessert was the cherry on top.
If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and top-tier service, look no further than Out of Bounds. Ask for Patricia — she’s a gem and will make your night

Every once in a while you find an absolute gem that is a bit out of the way to get there but oh, it’s so worth the extra distance. That place is the Out of Bounds restaurant. Every week my wife and I look for different and unique places to go for something to eat, and this time, dinner was in the plans. When my wife and I go looking for a new place, it's the website pictures of the food that help us determine where we would like to go. In this case, it was Out of Bounds because the food pictures were outstanding. When I made the online reservations, I was surprised to find out it was in a Northeast Edmonton Golf Course Clubhouse, called Cattail Crossing. You don’t normally find such stunning food pictures in a location like that, so I made reservations for three (a friend's birthday dinner). When we arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful hostess Veronica. She gave me the background of the renovations they did to the Clubhouse and how they brought in one of the top chefs in the Edmonton area, Julia Kundera, and her Sous Chef Jamie Ede so they could give everyone an outstanding food experience. Since it was our first time, our perky waitress Pat greeted us and enthusiastically gave us some top choices on the menu to consider. My wife and our friend Linda are vegetarians, so we decided on the Hummus and Bruschetta appetizer and the Tomato and Halloumi Salad to start.
Both of these choices were amazing. The first thing that captures your attention is the presentation, as you'll see in my pictures. The Balsamic reduction drizzled over the Hummus and Bruschetta was so incredibly good and it was perfectly paired with the toasted flatbread. We polished it off pretty quickly. Next came the Tomato and Halloumi Salad.
If you’re a fan of Halloumi, then you’re going to love the 2 slightly crispy golden-brown portions that lay on a bed of greens and sliced sweet cherry tomatoes. The house made Balsamic vinaigrette was truly over the top, which made this salad absolutely outstanding. It was so delicious. For our main courses, I ordered (with Pat’s recommendation) the Bison Burger with the Kale Caesar Salad. My wife ordered the Oyster Mushroom Sandwich with truffle fries while our friend ordered the Prawn Linguine. When it came to the mains, we were so thrilled with the presentation that I had to take pictures of how incredible they looked. And when it came to eating them, I literally had the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had. Now, it’s important that I be clear here…they don’t skimp on the garlic so if you’re a garlic fan, this was insanely good. My first few bites of the Bison Burger made me realize they flame-broiled the paddy which automatically 10X the flavor. Paired with the thin-cut crispy onion rings and the Blueberry Mostarda created such an incredible flavor burst, that you just felt like you were in heaven. This Bison Burger is what Guy Fieri would call “Flavor Town”. Both my wife and I sampled our friend's Prawn Linguine, and we both said we would order that the next time because it was so good. The creamy Basil wine sauce was to die for and made this dish very special. Now, when it came to my wife's dinner, unfortunately, she was not so enthusiastic. She gave her Oyster Mushroom Burger a 7 out of 10. I guess it was missing some pizzazz. After finishing our mains, we then ordered freshly brewed coffee and asked for the dessert menu. Pat also recommended which desserts we should try so we could all sample them. We had the New York-style cheesecake with Strawberry compote, Panna Cotta with lemon sorbet and balsamic strawberries, and the Flourless Chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. They all were delightful and topped off our night perfectly. Even Brandy the manager swung by our table to chat and let us know her appreciation that we decided to come for dinner. Overall, we gave our experience 8.5 out of 10…which in my mind is very good. So, if you’re looking for an out-of-the-way spot with great food and a cozy atmosphere then my recommendation would be to chec

5 of us were celebrating my husband’s birthday and I cannot rave enough about our ‘On Fire’ server PAT ! She was the total package with smiles, humor & great recommendations. She was very fast and efficient and she truly made our evening, along with the outstanding food. We all had something different and we agreed that we would be back to try out other dishes. I had the salmon, it not only tasted superb but it was a piece of art. My only regret was I didn’t take a picture of it. Such a diamond hiding out in the country.
The dining room was clean, in good taste and I didn’t feel like I had to have a gown on to eat in this high end eatery. This is our new GO TO restaurant. Thanks to everyone for making the experience a wonderful evening. Pat you were cooking with gas lol

We had dinner here for the first time over the weekend.
Things we liked,
- menu selection. Seemed to have a lot of nice choices. Was almost too hard for me to pick but, that’s entirely just a me problem.
- ambience was nice. Lots of natural lightning and nice views due to the golf course.
- a few large tvs so if you like to watch something while you eat, you will enjoy that.
- our server was really friendly and did a good job.
Food:
the display of food was very well done. You can tell the staff does a good job in putting everything together and uses quality ingredients.
I ordered the Ahi tuna bowl, beautiful plating but I felt like the menu was misleading as it said served with jasmine rice and I tasted coconut rice, whatever not a big deal but, if someone is allergic to coconut then it should be displayed. I felt like the dish should’ve came with a bigger portion of salad dressing and I wish there was some type of soy sauce or blend of that nature to drizzle over the tuna and rice. The avocado, mangos, and coconut rice with the tuna just all attributed to sweetness over savoury which got boring on my taste buds after a few minutes. This dish overall I rate a 5/10.
Boyfriend had the burger and poutine. Fries were well done but, there could’ve been more gravy and the cheese curds could’ve been melted down a bit more.
The burger he said was alright but nothing specially.
Overall, we might come back if we were golfing there again otherwise, probably not.
