very expensive for small portions !
The cook should take some cooking lessons, way too salty... chcieckn wrap and dinomate shrimp as appetizers along with Mongolie beef and Kung pao shrimp all salty.
If one dish out of four of those was salty I would take it as a bad luck etc, but 4 out of 4 dishes too salty I blame the cook. Sorry, 93 bucks wasted.
Other than that, service was pretty fast during lunch time hours.

The food was ok. Let me explain. I was excited about PFChanges when it came to Edmonton. I had PF Chang's for the 1st time when we visited Flordia. The food flavors exploded in my mouth there. It wasn't the same here in Edmonton. It tasted no different from any other Asian restaurant in Edmonton. The food was not bad it just was not as favorable as the one I experienced in Florida. I had lunch. I plan to go back to see if the dinner menu is better. The staff was awesome; very friendly and attentive. The main dining area is very clean and the decor was nice.

If you are scared of things like chicken feet, but still want to feel the feng shui, this is a great place for you. If you are actually Chinese or Asian, you should probably go somewhere else.
I am Chinese and I went to this restaurant with my family after hearing that it was very popular. It is Asian fusion, and it does a very good job of being Asian fusion. There's a very big horse out front, a bar, and the decor is very nice, if not a bit stereotypical. They don't give you chopsticks, so you have to ask for them. The staff is also very friendly and service is quick.
My family ordered the hot and sour soup, the mongolian beef, and the crispy honey shrimp. As other reviewers have mentioned, the food is quite expensive and the portions are very small. Expect ~$25+ for entrees. 6 dumplings were ~$15. 3 spring rolls are ~$15. The menu again, is your typical westernized Asian fare, with things like sushi, ginger beef, and orange chicken.
The portion for the soup is actually decent, but the taste is not very authentic and it was a bit too sour. The shrimp had crispy fried noodle bits underneath, and the shrimp itself was battered. Unfortunately, the batter was drenched in an overly sweet sauce so it wasn't crispy at all and kept falling off. The mongolian beef was fine. All the entrees come with rice.
I think we were the only Asian customers there. I also think they are supposed to give you fortune cookies when you leave, but for some reason we didn't get any :(
In summary, this is a restaurant aimed at a specific demographic. Unfortunately, my family did not fall into that demographic. If you do, you'll probably have fun, but you could probably get similar food quality at your local Panda's Express.
The horse out front is very nice though.

Restaurant decor is very nice. Service was ok although it was only one waiter running around (not to many customers). Now about food. The food was terrible. It lacks any culinary imagination. Beef and Broccoli had over-fried beef and half raw broccoli. The other dish with Salmon was a little better. Brown rice was old and almost not eatable. On top of that food was way overpriced. We are not coming back.

PF Chang’s is one of our favourite chain Chinese food restaurants, the food timing was excellent our starters came out quickly, the portions were large enough for our family of 5 to have leftovers. If I had one complaint would be the restaurant was a little noisy but there were several large groups for birthday celebrations.

First time I tried PF change in USA and 2nd time in Edmonton. In USA they have crab wontons which I did not find it here. Hope they will introduce it in their menu in coming future.
Fried Calamari, shrimp wontons was too good with the red chili sauce. I love PF changs starters here but did not like much the fried rice.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love their chicken strips for sure ....it comes with sticky rice..too good
Place is excellent, well maintained and clean. We were greeted with a smile.
Food menu is simple but delicious
Drinks menu is same.
Service was fantastic all the servers were very polite and friendly.
We went their twice and both times it was a knockout.
Potion size for rice and noodles were great. Protein sizes are into the smaller size. Taste and presentation was good.
Quality of the food and service was great.
The ambiance so calming and relaxing, open kitchen concept is great.
Overall I would give it a 8.7/10
Definitely would recommend and go back again.

Went for a lunch party with friends and for several it was the first time there. The ambience and decor really make a difference. The host, possibly, manager was superb, giving attention to detail and ensuring that everyone was content. We tried a bunch of different lunch bowls and food, but the thing that we will come back for most is the dessert menu which was delicious and well priced. We often look for places to just grab a nice dessert together.

Had take out on Saturday and when we got it home the Mongolian beef was way over cooked and tough. The green beans were well over cooked as well. The other two dishes were okay.
We thought that we would spend a premium on quality food which turned out not to be the case. Not sure if we got food that had been laying around for awhile. Very disappointed!
We came with 10 people for my parents 50th anniversary. The server was great hard working and kind. Beautiful looking restaurant. But the food was over priced and NOT good at all. Appetizers took an hour and fifteen minutes to come to the table.Everybody was not impressed with this dinner. We all.were disappointed. We recommend going to you local Chinese restaurant. SKIP this place.

Got gluten free spicy chicken and Singapore noodles yesterday for dinner. There were stickers to indicate it was gluten free but turns out the chicken was not. Spent all night suffering. This wasn't even the first time they messed up. I think the people who work there are too young and don't really care or understand. Even the service is not professional and some servers don't know the menu. Lack of training indeed. Hate this place. Really pissed off. Will never go back. Hope this helps anyone who is gluten free. Extra make sure even if there is a sticker. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT COMES TO YOUR TABLE.
