We decided to visit Pa Peterson's based on the positive reviews we had seen. The food had a wonderful aroma, which was promising. However, we were specifically looking forward to the ice cream, and that aspect was a bit underwhelming. The selection was somewhat limited, and the ice cream seemed to lack flavour, be softer, and have some ice crystals. The food might be better appreciated. I love Pa's!! The best fries and gravy! Crinkle cut fries and thick flavourful gravy. they've been consistent forever! If you're looking for Icecream it's a go to!

I grew up with Pa Peterson’s and went back purely for nostalgias sake. Totally worth it. I got the lunch box (cheeseburger with fries and gravy and a drink) and it was like stepping back in time. They’ve added things to the menu (spicy Korean burger) that if I was in town longer I’d go back and try. You get fast service, good food, at an incredibly affordable price. This place is a gem that must be protected at all costs.

I haven't been there in a few years now as I moved deep Northeast but I love this place. Prices aren't too bad and the food is pretty good as well. Just don't go there during lunch time (when the kids are out of school) that's when it's really super busy!
