Some items are awesome! Prefer original flavor. Don’t order tiramisu tho.

The cheesecake here was decent in taste, but overall the experience was underwhelming. The display looked nice, but when we asked about the name of the item we picked, the staff couldn’t tell us — and didn’t seem interested in finding out either. For the price, the portion was smaller than most places, and with so many great options out there, this one didn’t quite stand out. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement in both service and value.

Good selection as always! Tiramisu tart is our family favourite 😋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

//We saw the poor girl at the frontcounter get yelled at and berated by another customer who was veryvery rude to her, but she still smiled and was kind and sweet to us!! Very professional and super nice girl. I hope she knows she's great!! Please be nice to workers!\\ 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Pablo cheese tarts are my go to dessert. The crust is light and flaky, and the cheese filling is super creamy and smooth without being too sweet. It’s like the perfect mix between a cheesecake and a custard tart.

The original flavour is a solid go-to, but my favourite is the matcha one. The matcha flavour is there without being too over powering. You can tell everything’s made fresh and with care. The tarts are a good size, rich but not too heavy, and honestly just hit the spot.

If you’re into desserts that are simple but done really well, Pablo is definitely worth a visit🤤🤤🤤

Everything looks at the highest level, but the macarons and the launch bear are terrible. Moussed bear is water. And macaroni is no better when I was priced, I got the feeling that I only eat butter. It's terrible. It's not worth the money.

Got some cheese tarts to go for my birthday. They were delicious and beautiful. Nicely packed as well. Definitely recommend! I really like how it's perfectly sweet and not overly sweet! The Dubai one and the chocolate tart were amazing 😍

This was my first time here and let me tell you the food is delicious!! Also person that helped me was very kind, patient and helpful with me when I had some questions. I recommend the Ube smoothie and the white chocolate raspberry tart! Can’t wait to try more!

Overhyped and Disappointing

This place is definitely overhyped—thanks to TikTok, where it’s clear influencers were likely paid to give glowing reviews. The cheesecake was a major fail. It was half cheesecake, half Earl Grey jelly—not a flavor infusion, just layered—and the Earl Grey was barely even there. At $24, it felt like a total ripoff for such a small portion and weak flavoring.

The service? Equally disappointing. The staff member who helped us was visibly annoyed that we didn’t immediately know what we wanted—despite the place being completely empty. When we asked a simple question, they let out a loud sigh after finally looking up from their phone. After paying, we had to ask for forks and were met with an eye roll and another sigh before they reluctantly handed them over. Sorry for interrupting your scrolling?

My question to management is why hire someone with zero customer service skills?

All in all, not worth the hype, the price, or the attitude. Won’t be returning.

A little pricey for what you’re ordering (a mini tart cheesecake + Americano ~ $10 ). Every time I come here, there is no one in the store :)), and the atmosphere is so boring unfortunately..

Tart was really good—I had the crème brûlée one and enjoyed it. However, the coffee was a letdown; both the latte and americano didn’t taste great. Would come back for the desserts, but not the drinks

Drive 15 mns just to experience the cheese tart here with my family unfortunately they are Sold out already at 5:40pm. They run out of coffee base and coffee jelly too. We end up buying mini tarts and 3 smoothies spend $84 but not satisfied with the experience.
