Everytime I have gone my drink has just tasted like a warm cup of milk, whether it’s a chai, a matcha, or a london fog. Even the apple cider is watery. I’ve never had the coffee, so maybe that’s better? Anyways I don’t know why I keep going back other than them having gf/vegan baked goods, which aren’t even that good but it’s the only cafe in the area with those dietary options. The staff have also been very unfriendly whenever I come in and usually make me feel very unwelcome. One time I even asked to add a tea bag to my $8 london fog because it tasted like nothing but milk, and they said that they don’t use tea bags and then didn’t offer anything else.

I come here often to work when my home office becomes too claustrophobic. Good coffee, nice baristas, lots of interesting views out the window onto Whyte Avenue. The music that plays is like creepily similar to my music taste... it's like they are plugged into MY spotify and using MY algorithm... love it

I heard a lot of hype about PACT but sadly it didn't live up to the reputation. The donuts I had heard so much about were pretty flavorless and maybe even day old; not dissimilar to a grocery store boxed mini donut. Tim Hortons does a better job. The pour over coffee was disappointing. It could have been from a pot from Tim Hortons. The redeeming factors were the breakfast croissant sandwich -which was wonderfully crispy and flavourful- and the charming ambiance and decor. Definitely not a place to go for specialty coffee or for donuts even.

Coffee is good, but don't bother with the sandwiches. They're very expensive for what they are, and you can get WAY better food for less at other places on Whyte. The sandwiches seriously feel like grocery store sandwiches with the prices jacked up. Super disappointing. Gave three stars for the coffee and good service, but the food isn't worth it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆
Tried the vegan donuts and found them a bit grainy and lacking moisture. The matcha tea latte and mocha were okay, though not outstanding compared to other places we’ve tried. Service was decent and the café atmosphere was welcoming, which added to the overall experience.

Was walking through the neighbourhood with rumbles in my belly and this place drew me in. Great staff, great coffee, and a Caprese Sandwich to die for.

probably the worst iced matcha latte I have ever had in the city, the milk to matcha ratio is absolutely atrocious, so bad it was truly laughable. Alongside the rude service + uncomfortable heat within the cafe can confidently say I will not be back.

I’m traveling for work and thought I’d stop in for a quick coffee! I walked by this place and immediately the girls behind the counter were so friendly and kind - they had really great recommendations for me and the food and coffee was excellent. Such a cute vibe and a great place to go for a quick bite and a great coffee!

On a cold rainy day in Edmonton, we had a fabulous cappuccino from here. Smooth and absolutely delicious. Great vibe and amazing service.
