Usually very good, but ordered delivery and this time around everything tasted old and very, very overcooked. Honey chicken, vermicelli, shrimp all had the taste of being a few days old. Not good at all.

The food was pretty decent. Was expecting lower quality just based on location but was pleasantly suprised

I’m not sure what changed in the last few months, but the Vermicelli Bowls and Spring Rolls are on another level now.

Perhaps new recipes or new cook, but whatever it is, the serving size and quality has gone up in a way I didn’t expect.

Amazing value for money and quality.

Original vietnamese restaurant for me growing up in Edmonton. The deep fried ice cream is the best in the city. Just think of a fresh fried sugar donut with vanilla ice cream inside.

My favorite pho restaurant in Edmonton! The broth is so flavorful and fresh — you can really taste the quality in every bowl. Always hits the spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving a great pho experience!

Very good food, the Pho is always great here but then they have so, so many other items that are fantastic as well. They have multiple locations and I haven't had a bad experience at any of them. It is not a super high end dining experience but a extremely tasty dining experience. Well worth your time and money.

Overall, food were ok. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the peanut sauce that came with the salad rolls.

The menu offers a wide variety of classic Vietnamese dishes, but what really sets Pagolac apart is the quality and flavor. Their grilled beef wrapped in la lot leaves is a must-try, savory, smoky, and packed with depth. The seven-course beef (Bò 7 Món) is also a fan favorite and perfect for sharing if you’re looking to try a little bit of everything.

The pho is rich and aromatic, with a broth that tastes like it’s been simmering for hours (because it probably has). Fresh herbs, generous portions, and perfectly balanced flavors make it a go-to comfort dish.

Service is usually not fast, all staffs are always busy. The vibe inside is casual, nothing fancy, just good food done right. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes.

Food was good, the salad rolls were delicious. Most places ask if you want shrimp or pork, but they include both which makes it even better. The green onion cake was good. The springrolls were a bit overcooked but still tasty. My vermicelli bowl was the best part of my meal. Will come back soon!
