“I recently bought mixed mithai from here, including gulab jamun, and the quality was very disappointing. The gulab jamun tasted sour and strange. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want them to make sure they serve good, fresh food to customers.
When I called to inform them, my call was disconnected, which was also very disappointing.
I hope they improve their quality and customer service.“
