Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse West Edmonton

We had a very pleasant experience. The food was good, especially the pineapple, the staff were all very attentive and kind.

Service was lacking today. Beef cuts came around very infrequently even after requesting them. Went for a birthday dinner and no mention was made by server.

Poor service by waiters carrying meat skewers. Limited selection and they came by once with each item. Not worth the meal charge. No selection of hot vegetables.

Good was excellent as was the service. We had the carving at our table. If I have one piece of advice to owners of the restaurant it would be that they work on the desserts. They were mediocre. For the price of this experience, dessert should be included.

Service is good but the food just is not that great. the only thing seasoned well was the pineapple, the salad bar is limited, and the price is high.

Service was great, food was ok, made my wife and I sick after tho with the runs. unsure what happened.. everything tastwd great and we didnt eat too much, and everything seemed to be cooked sufficiently.. loved the service tho, the waiting staff were on point

While the majority of the food and service was very good, I feel it was over-priced for what you get. Several of the beef dishes were much too rare and the taste was off-putting. The grilled pineapple is the star of the show.

The meat was good, but was not consistently brought to table so missed many choices and had to wait a long time to get served. Buffet had poor choice's and not great quality for the price. Could have had way more hot food choices . Price was very high for what you get, it's a long wait to get each meat ...was hoping that meat was served in a platter rather than tiny slices one at a time. $300 meal for 4 people and not drinks or desserts included just feels a little steep for a chain restaurant. A bit disappointing.

Excellent, quiet and relaxing establishment, the hostess and servers are very polite and generous with the meat slices, the salad bar has good variety and the side dishes complemented the meat rollercoaster. We went for an aniversary, and they just surprise us wuth a dessert.

Not impressed with the meat. Cheap cuts. Salad bar was not fresh. Overpriced for the value of the meat. Would not go back. I give it 2 stars not 4 stars that come up

The menu was sticky to the touch. Inside it mentioned all the meats we should be getting served however 7 items that were on the menu were not served. This was disappointing .

Service was quite slow. Don't think we received all options, and definitely wasn't provide in any haste. Was asked many times in a row what we'd like but it wasn't brought for a long time. Our waitress though was very kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the choices of meat we were offered. All of them were very delicious. I would like to see a few more hot items to enjoy though. My husband even liked the spiced sausage which was very suprising. We thought all the staff was very informative and friendly. Our group felt a bit rushed and therefore probably eat to fast to enjoy everything. Thank you!

Well, the meat was as good as it always was the overall atmosphere was disappointing. Had to ask our server multiple times to send different cuts to the table as it felt like we were being walked around. Sat for over half the meal just waiting to be served different cuts of meat. Meat was cut so thinly that you had to ask for 4 to 5 portions to get a serving. There was another large table with several small children that were being allowed to run wild in the restaurant, running into other patrons and almost tripping into servers as well I spoke to someone who is not my server and asked if they could please address this with the manager as it was disturbing and nothing was done. Well, the food tasted as good as always. I was very disappointed in this visit compared to previous visits to this location and especially compared to visiting the south location, which was all around a much better experience. For a meal that cost over $500 for six people I was expecting a little more
