Everything was amazing. We celebrated my mom's 80 th birthday and she enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Our server was great and would go back again. Thank you

My partner and I had a lovely experience for our anniversary dinner and plan to make it a yearly celebration. The food was amazing and all our servers made sure we were well taken care of! I was only a bit confused as I put anniversary under our reservation but it didn't seem like any of the staff knew

An excellent place to eat. Exceptional service from the time you walk in until you walk out. We were seated immediately and out waitress , Nicole was excellent. She explained the menu available, suggested a wine. We went to the hot food area and the salad bar. Both are excellent. Nicole was very attentive and we were very well served by her and the server that brought the meat. Make sure to try the pineapple. It is excellent. Portions are very generous and the food is excellent. When she found out there was a birthday she came with sweets with a candle. All around one of the best places we have found to go for a meal. We will be returning. Both of us recommend Pampas West Edmonton.

For the price it wasn't the greatest. We all had water. Family of 6 and it was $500 Not worth the money. Buffet was very limited, insanely small meat portions and kinda disappointed. We go to river cree buffet for less and get free drinks, free desserts that are top notch and seafood and a way more selection of food. Sorry Pampa but I will not be returning.

I had my reservation booked for 2pm They close at 3pm and I was not informed about that until +- 2:50pm. I had to rush to finish up my lunch. Do not book your lunch for 2pm. Always book around noon, so you don't need to rush. I believe that the restaurant should inform everyone about that ahead of time

We went with the Pampa experience for dinner. Great selection at the cold buffet line. Loved the mashed potato and gravy - went really well with the various meats that various servers presented table side. The black bean stew was a delightful surprise. Left the restaurant almost bursting - we were so full - and satisfied.

Tbh the price feels kinda high The buffet was good but the only brought the sausage and bacon wrapped meat we wanted beef and when we finally got it it was the the last and scraps

for the money that I spent on the meal this may truly have been one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was mediocre and the novelty wore off quickly. I can't think of a single restaurant that I would chose pampas over. The staff was nice and the ambience was nifty but for almost 200 for two people getting the least expensive dinner option it is a rip off at best and a scam at worst. I don't doubt that other Brazilian steak houses are fun and interesting but this one was objectively awful.

The quality wasn't as great as past experiences. Had to continuously remind our server to have to bring us certain cuts of meat. In between wait times was not pleasant.

Me and my wife have been here a few times. We definitely love to save up and plan a date night here or anniversary.

We were a party of 7 here for a birthday dinner celebration. The food was amazing and our server, Tina, was very friendly and attentive. We had a great experience.

We took our children here for their first time as it is a place that my partner and I like to go to on occasion. It was busier than usual, but after 20 minutes we were already being asked if there was a particular meat that they could send around. We hadn't even had all the meats to choose from. After an hour of seating we were receiving meats for the first time. The waitress was nice and did well to accomidate, but a bit stressful and unnecessary attention drawn to our table. This will not deter us from returning, but thought I would share my review.
