Genuinely awful location. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I need to say not to go to this location. I ordered a pizza here tonight and there was barely any toppings. In fact half the toppings were not even there. The pizza sauce was only drizzled on top. It tastes really greasy and flavourless. I’ve ordered this pizza for years and it’s never looked or tasted like this.
This isn’t a one off either.
I used to get their plant-based cheesy bread, but the past 5-10 times I ordered it, had no spices or herbs anything and it was just so oily it was soggy. EVERY TIME.
I also order the plant base nuggets often. The last 3 times the sauce was just sort of squirted on top. Enough to get maybe 2 bites of flavour.
Now as you can tell I get panago quite a bit, and I’ve never had any issue before, or even with any other location. But any time I ordered from this location for the past 6 months it has been wrong. Every time.
I kept trying cause they’d been great before. But I’m kind of giving up now. Kind of not worth wasting my money and spending the time seasoning/saucing/dressing my own food when I just want to order a ready to eat meal.
Overall, panago is great, just don’t bother with this location!
Update as I’m eating it: I don’t think they’re fully cooking it either. It’s kind of turning into a weird squishy mush in my mouth as soon as I bite in. This has happened the last few times I’ve ordered pizza or cheesy bread from this location…

Love this Panago. I always order way too close to closing time but they're super prompt and kind regardless. Never once have they had anywhere near the estimated prep time, food comes fresh and hot and always prepared extremely well. Love the delivery drivers, the cooks are excellent. This is an exceptional chain pizza place

I always find excellent pizzas here. Fresh and tasty. The dough is very good, the price is reasonable and it doesn't take long to have your pizza ready. The place is always clean.

Ordered the plant based pizza. Was excited to try a Vegan option. But where’s my cheese?Never seen a pizza with such sparse cheese content. Lots of areas just bread and sauce. Is Vegan cheese too expensive to give a proper coverage? Disappointed.

I have no words for disappointment?Where was the shift manager looking, where was the chef looking in the kitchen, if the owners of the restaurant offer such disgust to their customers?! This is such a horror, lazy people and irresponsible people mistakenly call it pizza. Shame on the chef and leadshift?? of this restaurant. You don't respect yourself first. And everyone who asks me where the worst pizza is in the city, my answer is Panago pizza!
