I was really disappointed with my recent order from Panago. The pizza had next to no toppings and was much thinner than any Panago pizza I’ve ever had before. Even my kids wouldn’t eat it, and they never turn down pizza – that says a lot. Honestly, it felt like a huge waste, and we ended up throwing most of it away. For the price I paid, the quality just wasn’t there. I’d like a refund, but I doubt that will happen. Definitely not the experience I’ve come to expect from Panago.

I only order from this location a few times a year, generally for delivery, and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Even when ordering at peak and off-peak times, they deliver well before their estimated time (I think this is the third order I've had delivered in 20 minutes or less). A bit pricey but significantly better quality than you get from their competition.

Update: They called me the next day and asked if I wanted a pizza instead of a refund, I said I wanted a refund. They said someone would come by with the refund yesterday but have not. You can't even get a refund for a salad that has a giant moth in it.

Delivery drivers consistently miss items and panago policy doesn't care that your pizza goes cold while you wait for the driver for 30 mins to bring back what they forgot. Happened last two times I ordered from this store. Go to Papa John's instead.

After a long day, my 21 yr old child that is on the spectrum and I stopped here to order pizza. It was going to be a 20 minute wait and my kid couldn't sit that long. We asked for delivery to our hotel instead. We were told okay, we had paid, my child left a 15% tip. Surprisingly the food showed up quickly (i was called from downstairs) and I sent my child downstairs since I was already in my pj's. The phone rang again and the delivery person informed me that I needed to pay for delivery since it was originally not a delivery order. I knew I had sent my kid downstairs without a wallet,told the guy I was in my pj's but wrapped a blanket around me and hurried downstairs. The young man looked embarrassed, I was embarrassed and my kid was flustered. I was told his boss told him I had to pay him for delivery, yet he didn't have change for a $20 and now everyone walking into the lobby is staring at us. I wasn't going to hand over $20 when I wasn't even presented with a biil or the decency of the manager to have called and prepared me. It felt like extortion. I gave the young man what I had and he left. I went upstairs only to find out the Vegetarian had turned into a Mediterranean and the sauce my child ordered wasn't there. I though long and hard about leaving this review, since I prefer to applaud successes in life but this whole experience was less than any other experience I have had with Panago

If there was option of zero stars i would have given it.
The pizza was not good. When it arrived at my door I opened the box, was dead cold, and oddly very dry with a thin, barely there layer of cheese - it was like they were trying to get away with putting as little cheese as possible on it - it also seemed like they may have used frozen cheese, the way it looked on the pizza. Same with the pizza sauce, very little could barely taste it. I usually order dominos but wanted to try something new and will go back to dominos after this experience. I will never order from this location panago again. In the end we were too hungry to wait or do anything further about it, so had a piece each and trashed it. Very disappointing.
